This paper is expanded into three main parts to study and analyze the stock time series.1 Through the normality tests, All the sample stock-data curves show different phenomenon of Aiguille and Fat-tail, as well as Left-Deviation, which proves that none of the sample series belong to normal distribution, in other words, the linear method can't be applied into the analysis process, so we adopted the R/S method instead.2 The application of R/S method has verified the long-term memory characteristics of the sample series, and Support Vector Regression is combined to enhance the precision of Average circle period.

文中对股票时间序列从以下三个方面进行了研究和分析：1通过正态性检验，发现各样本股票数据均表现出不同程度的尖峰和胖尾以及左偏现象，证明了所有的样本序列全都不属于正态分布，也就是说明它们不能够适用线性方法进行分析，必须采用重标极差分析方法的非线性方法。2应用R/S分析方法验证他们具有长期记忆的特性，并且结合支持向量回归机提高了测定平均循环周期时的精确性。

在一定时期内，极限水文干旱历时的发生概率和数学期望随一阶自相关系数、偏态系数的增加而增大，且一阶自相关系数对极限水文干旱历时概率分布影响较为显著；泾河和洛河发生连续11年干旱的重现期均为1000年。

The maximum likelihood estimator for population average treatment effect is proved to be consistent, unbiased and asymptotically normal .

The corresponding coefficient of deviation mean Φp and transcendental probability P are evaluated under different skewness coefficient Cs by deducing Pearson Type Ⅲ probability density distribution function according to the requirement of Military Specification Airplane Strength and Rigidity.

本文按军用飞机强度和刚度规范中规定的要求，通过对皮尔逊Ⅲ型概率密度分布函数的推导，完成了在不同偏态系数Cs下的离均系数Φp和超越概率P的对应数值编程计算，并得到了相应的计算结果。

Analysis results show travel time distribution is skew and hysteretic, which denies the widely accepted assumption in this field that the travel time distribution is normal distribution.

The third part discusses one of the core context——demand analysis,it mainly analyzes the Randomness of demand,including source and influence.Then it analyzes Poisson demand process including Characteristics,proof and the thought,feasibility and necessity of transformation to Normal Distribution and it gives the way and process of transformation——parameter estimation,Then it verifies unbias of parameter and adopts\'test of hypothesis.

第三章探讨了库存成本中的核心内容之一——需求分析，即主要针对需求的随机性进行分析，包括随机性的来源与影响，继而对需求为泊松分布进行分析，包括特点，证明及其向正态分布的转化的思想，可行性及和必要性，并给出了转化的方法及步骤——参数估计，并进行参数估计的无偏检验和假设检验。
