Due to the particularity of tank barbette system, the particular SOGFCMAC online learning control method for tank barbette horizontal stabilizing system was presented, and then used into the compensation of the unbalanced torque in tank barbette system. The computer simulation results show that it can effectively eliminate the influences produced by the unbalanced torque, and can improve the stable accuracy and the stable tracking accuracy of the tank barbette.

针对坦克炮塔控制系统的特殊性，提出了坦克炮塔水平向稳定器的SOGFCMAC在线学习控制方法，并将之应用于坦克炮塔偏心力矩的补偿中，计算机仿真结果表明该方法能够有效消除偏心力矩造成的影响，提高坦克炮塔的稳定精度与稳定跟踪精度。

Power-law fluid is used to describe the Non-newtonian rheological property of the produced fluid in a polymer-driving well; the governing equations, boundary and initial equations of power-law fluid in eccentric annuli with the inner cylinder reciprocating axially is established in bipolar coordinates system; formulas of instantaneous flow rate and stress distribution on the outwall of the inner cylinder of the unsteady flow of power-law fluid in eccentric annuli with the inner cylinder reciprocating axially are established.

The one-side electronic extensometer fastened on only one side of tensile specimen cannot eliminate the effect of bend of eccentric tension. The results of measurement of such electronic extensometer are instable and then more errors may be included.

The influence on lateral-torsional coupled seismic response of base-isolated structures due to the excentricity and uncoupled period ratio of the superstructure, and the excentricity of the isolation system is investigated.
