Up to now, in high medical education system of China, there still exist problems, such as the irrational structure of schooling system, rather low-leveled medical talents and rather short schooling length, low degree of education and unbalanced medical level of doctors in clinic.

Its basic principle, classification, applications, and new developments are introduced and described in detail. 2 A new optimum method named simulated annealing algorithm is introduced and applied in the analysis of the ellipsometric spectra. 3 Some new ferroelectric materials have been studied by the method mentioned above, and some new results achieved as follows. First, Ca-modified lead titanate ferroelectric thin films have been prepared by solgel processing. The optical constants spectra of the 〓(x=0.0-0.4, 0.24) films have been obtained, the structure properties of the thin films have been studied by XRD and AFM.

回顾了椭偏光谱近一个世纪的产生发展的历程，系统介绍了椭偏光谱的基本原理、物理模型，以及广泛应用与发展状况。2）介绍模拟退火算法这一新型的优化方法，并将其结合Forouhi-Bloomer模型和Sellmeier模型应用到椭偏光谱分析中。3）用上述方法分析几种新型铁电材料的光学性质，并获得以下结果：首先，第一次获得钛酸铅钙系列、钙原子含量分别为0％、10％、20％、24％、30％、40％的铁电薄膜的光学常数谱，并结合XRD和SEM分析其结构，发现随钙含量的增加，薄膜晶相发生变化。

The integrated optical chip we designed in the dissertation is composed of a symmetrical Y-branch power splitter, two phase modulators and the TE/TM mode polarizer. Here the up-electrode of phase modulator covers the rib waveguide directly. For the metal-cladded rib waveguide, the loss of different mode is different.

For this project, in virtue of the experimental observations on the vertical vibrator,the invert torsion pendulum and the vertical pipe with capillary outlet,and by using numerical simulations of the discrete element method, the mixing and segregation of granular materials of spherical and neraly spherical shape with the different size and different density under the vertical vibration or parallel shear motion have been researched, and the relationship between the macroscopic segregation properties and the microscopic characteristics of granular materials and the outer actions has also explored. The theoretical model and method describing the mixing and segregation of granular materials is developed.

本项目通过在垂直振动台、倒扭摆、带毛细出口的竖直玻璃管等装置上进行实验观测，并采用以离散元方法为主的数值模拟，研究了具有不同粒子尺寸、密度的球形或近球形颗粒物质在具不同结构形状容器中垂直振动和剪切运动时的粒子混合和偏析情况，探索颗粒材料流的宏观偏析特性与微观特征量及外部作用间的关系，发展描述颗粒物质混合和偏析的理论模型和方法。

Since this product can be used with the tin in order to melting the surface, however we did not acquire the technology skill to melt the tin, which was caused the existence of non-uniform thin coating on the phenomenon.Our engineering staffs have reviewed and this problem has been solved, it is no longer thin coating melts the surface coating.Eventually we led our products TKEKK with pased of current 50A, it has obtained to the minimum partial fuse time.

因为此产品所用可熔体其表面是镀锡，因当时我们公司掌握的可熔体镀锡技术不成熟，导致所生产出的可熔体表面镀层存在镀层偏薄不均匀的现象，最终导致给我们的TKEKK产品通50A电流时，熔断时间偏下限，对此，我公司的工程人员通过技术改良，现已解决了此问题，现生产出的可熔体表面镀层已不存在镀层偏薄，不均匀的现象。
