The aim of this study was to examine cPLA2α gene expression and regulation in mouse uterus during early pregnancy, pseudopregnancy, delayed implantation, artificial decidualization and hormonal treatment by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry.cPLA2α immunostaining was detected in the luminal epithelium and glandular epithelium of mouse uterus from days 1 to 5 of pregnancy.

本实验以小鼠为材料，利用原位杂交和免疫组化方法，检测cPLA2α基因在小鼠早期妊娠子宫中的表达，并利用假孕、延迟着床、人工蜕膜化及激素处理等模型研究cPLA2α基因在子宫中的表达与调节。

The aim of this study was to investigate PGT, 15-PGDH and CBR1 expression in themouse uterus during early pregnancy and their regulation in related models of pseudopregnancy,delayed implantation, artificial decidualization, steroid hormone treatment by in situ hybridization,RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry.

本研究利用原位杂交、免疫组织化学和RT-PCR等方法，检测了PG转运载体PGT、代谢酶15-PGDH和CBR1在小鼠早期妊娠子宫中的表达，并利用假孕、延迟着床及激活、人工蜕膜化、性腺类固醇激素处理等模型，研究了它们在小鼠子宫中的表达与调节。

Dynamic imaging of these fractures has demonstrated significant mobility at the fracture site and emphasized their abundance in the thoracolumbar junction, which is subjected to high stresses.3,4,19,22 Analysis of the serous fluid in the cavity showed a consistency similar to synovial fluid.20,21 Other researchers also reported a serous/serosanguineous fluid consistency similar to plasma.16,30 Biopsies of the cavity lining demonstrated fibrocartilage within a fibrous stroma, representing a pseudosynovium of a nonunion.20,21 Stallenberg et al,32 prompted by the reports of gas in vertebral pseudarthrosis, reported the presence of air in pseudarthroses of various bones in the appendicular skeleton in a rate of 70%, detected with computed tomography-scanning through the site of nonunion.32

Infections of 3 cases were controled after treatment with the wound dressing and compression bandaging after local inflammation organic resection, oral Xinhuang Tablets of proprietary Chinese medicines and antibiotics; 9 cases were treated with arthroscopic joint clean-up washing , 2 case of them were treated with incision debridement combined by synovectomy arthroscopic due to inability to complete debridement ; 3 case of them were treated with temporary prosthesis replacement surgery on the infection after total knee debridement due to recurring knee swelling and rupture , filling bone cement containing sensitive antibiotics, convection to wash on the articular cavity, and second phase renovation in stable condition, finally they recoveried postoperatively and discharged.

结果：对22例出现炎症性反应的TKA术后患者，经抗感染、关节腔对流冲洗、清创和Ⅱ期再置换并配合口服中成药新癀片等处理。10例轻微肿痛病人经单纯药物治疗，症状改善。12例患者应用外科干预， 3例行局部炎症组织切除后伤口换药并加压包扎，口服中成药新癀片及抗生素治疗后控制感染；9例在关节镜下行关节清理冲洗，其中2例在行关节镜下手术时因无法彻底清创行切开清创合并滑膜切除； 3例因反复出现膝关节红肿、疼痛、甚至破溃予全膝置换术后感染清创临时假体置换术，用含敏感抗生素骨水泥填充，对关节腔进行对流冲洗，待关节情况稳定后行Ⅱ期翻修，术后痊愈出院。

RESULTS: Immunoreactivity of proliferating cell nuclear antigenwas present in most ependymal cells in ventricular zone, and PCNA-positive cells were sparsely distributed in the parenchyma in normal and sham-operation groups.
