Results EROD activities in liver of wild crucian from Zhangtan, Jiangjunyan, Fuyang and Wenyan (23.51±4.17, 16.79±7.39, 18.74±5.16, 18.65±8.86 nmol/) were significantly higher than that of Jiekou (7.84±2.42 nmol/g promin), and no difference was observed between the other sites and Jiekou. Three dose groups (0.25, 0.50, 1.00L/dish water sample extracts) were used in Ames test. Reversional mutation rate of TA98 colony exposed to extracts from Zhangtan was 2.21, 3.39, 6.95 without S9, and 2.70, 4.07, 6.23 with S9, respectively. The revesional mutation of TA100 colony was 2.55, 2.81, 5.36 without S9, and 1.73, 2.86, 4.14 with S9, respectively. Reversional mutation rate of TA98 colony exposed to 1.00L/dish extracts from Jiangjunyan with S9 was 2.22, and there was a dose-response relationship in reversional colony count. Ames tests of the other extracts were negative.

The study of the forming condition and mechanism of immature oil in eastern Linqing depression reveals that brackish water-brine, abundant sulfur bacteria and sulfocompounds provided favorable conch-lions for the formation of the immature oil. Immature oil was the result of hydrogen-rich sapropel of lower activation energy degraded by sulfur bacteria. T and R of the early hydrocarbon generation of organic matter were 400~435℃ and 0.2%~0.5% respectively, and their values for peak hydrocarbon generaion are 420℃ and 0.35%.
通过对渤海湾盆地临清坳陷东部未熟-低熟油的形成条件及形成机制探讨,总结出沙一段和沙三段的微咸水-咸水介质环境、丰富硫细菌和含硫化合物为临清坳陷东部未熟-低熟油气形成提供了有利条件,证实该区未熟-低熟油气形成是低活化能的富氢腐泥组分受到硫细菌早期低温降解作用的结果,明确该区未熟-低熟烃源岩硫细菌降解的有机质早期生烃阶段的T值为400~435℃,R值为0.2%~0.5%,生油高峰T值为420℃,R值为0.35%左右。

The effects of solution\'s pH value, mol ratio between phenyl aldehyde and L-Arginine, concentrations of sodium chloride, ammonia chloride andL-Lystine, initial concentration of L-Arginine on precipitation rate of a -tolylene arginine were investigated, the results indicated that phenyl aldehyde precipitation method\'s appropriate pH value was higher than 11, suitable mol ratio between phenyl aldehyde and L-Arginine was 1.25, initial concentration of L-Arginine was must higher than 15g/L, sodium chloride had little effect on precipitation rate, on the contrary, ammonia chloride and L-Lystine had great effect on it, both of them must be eliminated; At the same time, adsorption isotherm at 25 C of L-Lystine on anion exchange resin A was measured, the result showed that the maximal equilibrium adsorbance was 30mg/g, the influences of solution\'s pH value, temperature, concentration of chloride ion on adsorption of L-Lystine by anion exchange resin A were also studied, the results indicated that appropriate operational pH value was 0.5 0.2, the effect of temperature on adsorption ratio was little, process could be operated at room temperature, the concentration of chloride ion must be eliminated.
