In order to study vector-valued optimization problem, in chapter 5, a class of vector -valued function, that is, uniformly same-order set-valued function is introduced , which includes the separated functions as its proper subset; without hypothesis of convexity, new minimax theorem and saddle point theorem for uniformly same-order set-valued function are established. Next, by employing Ky Fan\'s lemma and H-KKM mapping , several existence results for generalized vector equilibrium problem established.

多目标最佳化的问题通常会面临到许多互相冲突且不能用同ㄧ标准单位的目标，於是利用模糊理论中的归属函数，首先将各目标函数转换成模糊集合并以归属函数表示，归属函数包含了最大限制值、最小限制值、单调的递减函数所组成，将各目标函数利用归属函数表示，形成单一目标函数的最佳化，但是仍缺乏权重值对於目标函数的调整，於是本篇论文提出ㄧ种权重值设定与粒子群优演算法的方法去解决多目标最佳电力潮流的问题，将各目标函上分别加上权重值设定各目标函数的权重值，得到预期的效果。

In the method of the invention, a baseband signal is pre-processed to realize nonlinearity compensation. The pre-processing method comprises the following steps: the filter coefficient and the multinomial coefficient of the high power amplifier are extracted; corresponding gain is calculated for the amplitude value of each point input into the sequence of the baseband signal, and the phase compensation value is calculated according to the amplitude gain; the phase compensation value and the gain which are corresponding to each point are synthesized into re-gain, a pre-processing value pi is obtained, and pre-processing output sequence is formed; the pre-processing output sequence is output into the high power amplifier directly or through a inverse filter.

The intensity of pulse noisy pixels significantly differs from adjacent pixels of image. The de-noising will be accomplished by modifying the intensity of the noisy pixel according to the firing patterns of adjacent neurons of PCNN. At last, this dissertation suggests a new kind of filter for de-noising pulse noise based on the PCNN and median filter. It is very simple, and the simulation experiment of the image processing shows that the de-noising effect is much better than neighborhood averaging method and median filter.

一般脉冲噪声点与其所在图像像素灰度值之间相关性很差，而PCNN脉冲耦合神经网络能使相似神经元同步激发；这就决定亮点脉冲噪声像素对应神经元会在其区域所在相邻神经元中首先激发，为此结合中值滤波，我们提出了结合PCNN脉冲耦合神经网络和中值滤波的混合滤波新算法，理论分析和实验证明，该方案在滤除噪声的同时，比常规中值滤波更有效地保持了图像的高频细节信息。

The performance of the proposed method is compared with that of the well-known vector standard filters such as the VMF, progressive switch median filter, scalar median filter ,minimum distance between central sample and scalar median in its neighborhood vector median filter and the basic vector directional filter.
