In the first, the background of this dissertation, the he status which helicopter blade dynamic balance experimental platform system design and using are introduced, helicopter blade dynamic balance experimental platform system is not designed in our country, so in this Dissertation, the advanced experience is accepted and some innovative methods also are used in the system design.

此论文通过借鉴国内外对直升机旋翼动平衡试验台系统设计的经验，确定采用当今较新与较成熟的技术构建了集数据采集与控制为一体的试验控制系统来满足整个动平衡试验的要求。另外还对直升机旋翼动平衡试验台系统方案设计中各分系统作了简单介绍，并通过和以往系统比较分析，在借鉴前人经验的基础上进行了创新。此论文主要介绍了直升机旋翼共锥度测量分系统的设计与实现。
