With the concentration reducing, the influence weakened gradually.(3) Double daily dosage, daily dosage and 1/2 daily dosage of fenoxaprop-p-ethy exerted a slight vice-influence to the MDA accumulation, the relative permeability of plasma membrane and chlorophyll content.

1用草甘膦常用量、1/2倍常用量、1/4倍常用量处理之后，对核桃苗新梢生长量、叶片中丙二醛含量、膜相对透性以及叶片中叶绿素含量的影响最大，几乎所有样枝的新梢在药后20天后都发生干枯及死亡现象；(2)用收乐通2倍常用量、常用量、1/2倍常用量处理之后，对核桃苗的新梢生长量、叶片中丙二醛含量、膜相对透性及叶片中叶绿素含量的影响，呈现出浓度不同影响亦不同的现象，浓度越大，影响越明显，随着浓度的降低，影响也逐渐减弱；(3)用威霸2倍常用量、常用量、1/2倍常用量处理之后，对核桃苗新梢生长量、叶片中丙二醛含量、膜相对透性及叶片中叶绿素含量的影响最小；(4)三种除草剂对核桃苗的影响随着药后时间的延长，其影响在逐渐减小。

The results showed that:(1) In COPD group the alveolar walls were broken. The average area of alveolars was 2.46 times as big as the control group, and the average diameter was 1.42 times as compared with the control group. As the diameter of bronchioles was less than 100μm and 100～200μm respectively, the average area of smooth muscle in bronchioles increased to 3.06-fold and 2.13-fold respectively. By electron microscopic, the proportion of Clara cells of respiratory bronchioles in COPD group decreased, the Clara cells were denaturalized, the proportion of Clara cells containing low density secretory granules increased. The airway resistance was 1.84 times while the dynamic compliance was only 70.45% comparing with the control group.

结果表明：(1)光镜下，COPD组大鼠与正常对照组比较，肺泡壁破坏、肺泡腔扩大，平均肺泡面积和平均肺泡直径分别为正常对照组的2.46倍和1.42倍，在直径＜100μm及直径100～200μm的小支气管，COPD组大鼠支气管平滑肌面积分别为正常对照组的3.06倍和2.13倍；电镜下可见，在呼吸性细支气管，Clara细胞占上皮细胞的比例下降，细胞变性，含低电子密度颗粒的Clara细胞比例增加；呼吸功能测定可见COPD组大鼠呼气相气道阻力是正常对照组的1.84倍、动态呼吸系统总顺应性为正常对照组的70.45％。

With this method the copper plating graphite powder was made up in 50% copper content .The silver- copper plating graphite composite was prepared while the silver- copper-graphite composite and the silver-graphite composite were also made up together .The mechanical and electric characteristics of the three kinds of composites were tested and it was found that the copper plating graphite powder can only optimize the properties of the silver matrix composite under the high content of the graphite ,the conductivity and the mechanical property was improved and the material could take higher current in the same carbon content .At 20% carbon content, the resistivity of Ag-graphite composite was 1.67 times as high as that of silver- copper plating graphite composite, the resistivity of Ag-Cu-graphite composite was 3.23 times as high as that of silver- copper plating graphite composite. The bending strength of silver-copper plating graphite composite was 2.17 times as high as that of silver- copper-graphite composite, and the bending strength was 2.11 times as high as that of silver- copper-graphite composite. The wearability of silver- copper plating graphite composite was also enhanced greatly at high carbon content.
