Objective To investigate the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocations Tossy type Ⅲ with clavicular honk plates.

目的 探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位的疗效及术中修补喙锁韧带和脱位愈合后取出钢板的必要性。

Methods From March 2002 to January 2006, 41 patients with Tossy type Ⅲ aeramiaclavicular dislocation were treated with AO/ASIF clavicular honk plates. The coracoclavicular ligaments were sutured in 15 eases, and the plates were removed 12 months postoperatively in 18 patients.

自2002年3月～2006年1月使用AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板治疗41例Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位患者，其中15例术中修补了喙锁韧带，18例在平均术后1年取出钢板。

The rabbits underwent partial cystectomy and cystoplasty with PBAM and tissue engineering bladder.

雄性新西兰兔行膀胱大部分切除术，分别采用PBAM及构建的组织工程膀胱进行替代修补，每组6只，1、4、8、12周后进行膀胱造影并取材观察修复组织再生情况。

Results:Three cases had transection injury of biliary duct.1 case was found during the operation and 2 cases were found after the operation.1 case received bile duct repair and T tube supporting and drainage;2 cases underwent chole enteroanastomosis.

结果：胆管横断性损伤3例，术中发现1例，术后发现2例；胆管修补+T管支撑引流1例，胆肠Roux en Y吻合2例。
