Acupuncture could promote lims'functional recovery.(2) PCNA masc cells is visible in cerebral ischemical semidarkness region. There is cell regeneration phenomenon. Acupuncture could strengthen injury region's PCNA expression, could profit injury recovery and functional reconstruction.(3) In ischemia semidarkness region for the model group and acupuncture group, PCNA masc cells percentage of 14days group is lower than 7days group. Along with the recovery of injury, cell multiplication is weaken.(4) In cerebral ischemia semidarkness region, there is VEGF masc cells and regeneration phenomenon. Acupuncture could strengthen injury region's VEGF expression, could profit protection after injury and blood vessel regenerate.(5) In ischemia semidarkness region for the model group and acupuncture group, VEGF masc cells percentage of 14days group is lower than 7days group. Along with the recovery of semidarkness region, ischemia and anoxemia state is getting improved, and VEGF is reduce.(6) As there are PCNA and VEGF masc cells in brain injured region, we could conclude that, after brain ischemical reperfusion injury, there are blood vessel regeneration phenomenon. Acupuncture could promote blood vessel regeneration, recovery blood supply sufficiently and quickly, and promote the recovery of brain injury region.(7)The VEGF masc cells percentage of inhibitor group is lower than acupuncture group. It state that the effect of acupuncture promote VEGF is partly depend on the existing of eNOS.

实验结论：(1)脑缺血再灌注损伤后大鼠的肢体运动功能发生改变，针刺可以促进肢体功能恢复；(2)脑缺损伤区可见PCNA阳性细胞，存在细胞再生现象，针刺可以增强损伤区PCNA的表达，有利于损伤的修复和功能重建；(3)针刺组和模型组14d时缺血损伤区PCNA阳性细胞百分比低于7d组，随着损伤逐渐得到修复，细胞增殖现象减弱；(4)脑缺血损伤区可见VEGF阳性细胞，存在内皮型细胞再生现象，针刺可以增强损伤区VEGF的表达，有利于脑损伤后保护和缺血区血管再生；(5)针刺组和模型组14d时缺血损伤区VEGF阳性细胞百分比低于7d组，随着缺血损伤的修复，缺血缺氧状态得到改善，产生的VEGF减少；(6)由于脑损伤区同时出现PCNA阳性细胞和VEGF阳性细胞，前者是增殖细胞的标志，后者是促进血管再生的重要因子，可以推断，脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑内存在血管再生现象，针刺可以促进损伤区的血管再生，更迅速而充分的恢复损伤区的血供，促进脑损伤区的修复；(7)抑制剂针刺组脑损伤区VEGF阳性细胞百分比与针刺组相比有不同程度的降低，说明针刺促进缺血损伤区VEGF表达部分依赖eNOS的存在。

Methods Among 27 cases who perform cosmetic prosthesis for anterior tooth after crown lengthening, there are 16 cases with post crown,11 cases with comprehensive prosthesis.

对27例行牙冠延长术的患者进行常规的前牙美容修复，其中16例采用单纯桩冠修复，11例采用综合法进行美容修复。

The now available long-range supervision system at home and abroad is based on the optical fiber mostly, and if the optical fiber runs into that the machinery lashes and colliding optical fiber may split or break. Once splitted, it's hard to be restored because of the sophisticated equipment, and ordinary user can't restore it by means of the welding at all. Moreover the high price of light transmitter and light receiver limits the application and popularization.

国内外现有的远程监控系统大多基于光纤，而光纤如果遇到机械冲击、碰撞等都会造成光缆断缆或断芯，光缆断裂后，很难快速修复，且修复设备复杂，普通用户根本无法进行焊接修复，再加上光端机价格较高，这些都限制了光纤远程监控系统的应用和普及。

Based on the evaluation system, the plants whose relative remediation age was between 0~10 years were named as"Hyperaccumulator"and those between 10 ~ 50 years were named as"Accumulator".7 In the experiments six kinds of substrates were mixed with different solid wastes and the absorption and enrichment of plants on heavy metal Cd was studied. The results showed that relative remediation age was an ideal index to evaluate the capability of the phytoremediation on heavy metals, because it took into account more factors which affected the absorption evaluation effects than others, such as the heavy metal content and the biomass of the over-ground part of plants, the heavy metal content and the whole gross in substrates, harvesting frequency of plants and the environment standard of heavy metal. This made relative remediation age be suitable to the sorption capability evaluation of not only different plants on one heavy metal but also one plant on different heavy metals.8 It can be drawn from the relative remediation age of heavy metal Cd that the absorption capability of different plants was not same.

以相对修复年限为评价指标定义相对修复年限为0-10年的植物为"超富集植物"，10-50年的植物为"富集植物"。7在由不同废弃物按一定的比例混合配制的六种土地复垦基质上，系统地研究了几种植物对重金属镉的吸收和富集情况，结果表明，相对修复年限既适用于不同植物对同一种重金属元素的吸收能力的评价，又适用于同一植物对不同重金属元素的吸收能力的评价，是衡量重金属元素植物修复效果的理想指标。8从不同植物对同一基质重金属镉的吸收和富集能力看，不论是经过多年种植的基质，还是第一次种植的基质，小白菜和油菜都是相对理想的植物；而黑麦草、高羊茅和苜蓿的吸收效果并不理想。

This repairing method posses such advantages as convenient dissection,satisfactory appearance,and good functional recovery,indicating that it is a good choice to treat soft tissue defects of heel or tendo calcaneus.

应用腓动脉终末支为血供的足外侧皮瓣局部转移或形成岛状皮瓣修复跟腱和足跟区软组织缺损，解剖简便，修复后外观及功能恢复良好，是临床上修复足跟及跟腱区皮肤软组织缺损的良好选择。

Methods 18 New Zealand white rabbits were selected and a full-thickness cylindrical osteochondral defect was made on the right knee femoral trochlea of each by using Osteochondral Autograft Transfer System.

目的 采用自体骨软骨移植系统(Osteochondral Autograft Transfer System，OATS)修复软骨缺损，术后12 w 比较修复软骨与正常关节软骨的压缩力学特性，观察修复软骨的组织学结构。

The results were found as following:(1) The damage value increases more significantly with the increase in PVF before 30% PVF, beyond which the increasing trend becomes gradually gentle.(2)Keeping the interphase strength and PVF unchanged, the damage increase with increasing moisture concentration in a nearly linear relation.(3)The results generated from the FCC model with consideration of the interphase debonding are in good agreement with the experimental data, meanwhile, the FCC model is also capable of predicting the critical load for the damaged and the undamaged dental composite subject too the 3-point flexural test.4 A 3D-fmite element analysis has been successfully exploited to examine the mechanical behavior of the restoration-tooth structure under the polymerization shrinkage and water sorption. It was found:(1) The low stiffness of the composite has the effect to limit the displacement occurring in the remaining tooth tissue. For lower interphase, the cuspal flexures are litter higher. The high interphase modulus acts as a \'shielding effect\' for stress transfer.

得到如下结论：(1)相同的吸湿性，在30％PVF(颗粒体积分数：Particle volume fraction，PVF)前增加PVF，层间脱胶损伤值显著增加；此后损伤值的增加趋于平缓；(2)保持层间强度和PVF不变，层间脱胶损伤随吸湿率的增加而接近线性增加；(3)FCC(面心立方：Face-centred cubic，FCC)模型层间脱胶损伤的预测结果和实验数据基本吻合；同时此模型可以用于预测牙齿填充材料三点弯曲实验的临界载荷。4、建立理想牙齿修复结构，利用有限元方法研究了同时考虑聚合收缩和吸湿膨胀耦合作用下的填充修复材料和粘结界面层材料性能对牙齿修复结构的力学行为的影响，得到如下结论：(1)低弹性模量的牙齿填充修复材料能限制天然牙组织的位移，但天然牙组织的位移与粘结界面层的弹性模量无关。

Recently, as preservation of cultural property is gaining more and more public attention, the important role of conservation treatment on Paintings of Traditional Buildings is accepted. But researches and studies on the related techniques and methods of conservation for Paintings on Traditional Buildings remain deficient in Taiwan. In addition, records and descriptions in projects adapting conservation treatment are poorly listed. Lacking both academic and empirical references, it often misleads staff in the projects to underestimate importance of conscientious and careful training to do conservation. One problem is the belief to easily replace conservators with painting craftsmen to work on conservation treatments.

然而，在文化资产保存观念渐为大众所关心与接受下，彩画修护逐渐为传统建筑修护工程所重视，但国内关於彩画修护技术、方法的论述几乎没有，尤其是近年来在少数采行修复方法的彩画修护案例中，对修复部分的相关纪录与描述更是寥落晨星，以致许多参与修护工程的相关人员对彩画修护方法有极大的误解，误以为不需经过特殊、严谨的「修复」训练，即能以一般传统建筑彩画的施作工法来从事「修复」工作，又或误以为修复师可以替代彩画匠师来进行传统建筑彩画的施作……。
