Hence, an inspection method is required to develop, in order to judge whether there is flaw on the PFM teeth cover or inside both before and after restoration.

RESULTS ① rhBMP2/BCB used alone was capable of healing the defect in large part by 16 wk, with a similar repair process and mechanism to that seen with RBX;② use of rhBMP2/BCB in conjunction with vascularized periosteal graft exhibited stronger defect-repairing power, basically healing the defect by 8 wk. The repair process consisted of intramembranous and endochondral ossification that resembled the physiological repair during the fracture healing.

结果①单纯rhBMP2/BCB移植，可在16 wk使节段性骨缺损基本修复，其机制与过程与重组合异种骨相似；②rhBMP2/BCB与带血循骨膜联合移植，仅用8 wk即可修复骨缺损，其修复机制与骨折修复相仿，包括膜内成骨和软骨成骨两种机制。

In general, sunflower was suited to phytoremediation of moderately Pb-contaminated soil by phytoextraction.The result mentioned above showed that the main reasons that nutrient and EDTA could impact on phytoremediation efficiency was these as below: firstly, the addition of soil amendments transform soil Pb from nonresidual fractions to residual fraction substantially. Secondly, the grown period of tissues in C4 plants was short, so the replacement of C4 plants with C3 plants may increase times and efficiency of remediation.

根据上述结果，不同营养水平和EDTA对铅污染土壤植物修复的机理及效率可以归纳为：N、P、K的添加能使土壤中的非残留态Pb向残留态转化，因此N、P、K的添加能够增加菠菜和苣荬菜体内的铅积累；与C3型植物菠菜、苣荬菜相比，C4型的植物马齿苋由于构件成熟期短，较为适合作短期内铅污染土壤修复工程；在植物修复过程中，低浓度EDTA的分次添加能够显著提高修复的效率，并且能够减小螯合剂增加产生的二次污染。

In this study the composites were applied to repair the rabbits'mandibular defects and implanted at the surface as onlay grafts that was fixed with dental implants. The ability of the composites repairing maxillofacial defects was evaluated with general observation, radiological and histological examination and compared with autogenous bone and coral.

本研究通过观察rhBMP-2、胶原、珊瑚复合骨修复兔下颌骨缺损，加高狗下颌骨骨面及与牙种植体结合，并与新鲜自体骨和珊瑚的修复作用比较，（1）应用复合骨修复兔下颌骨缺损，1、2、3个月取材，（2）将复合骨植于狗下颌骨体部颊侧骨膜下，采用钛种植体固定，1.5、3个月取材，通过体视及测量，X线片，组织学等观测指标，分析rhBMP-2、胶原、珊瑚复合骨修复骨缺损特点和体内降解特点。

Results Followed-up for 25~37 months (average 27.5 months), the fisrt signs of reinnerveation of suprascapular nerve appeared at 5~12 months,average 9.94±3.26 months,that of axillary nerve appeared at 9~15months, average12.60±3.08 months;The results in patients with suprascapular nerve as recipient(upper partial 57.08±21.16°, total 40.71±14.27°) were significantly better than that in patients with axillary nerve as recipient(upper partial 31.25±20.97°, total 18.75±7.50°). And the muscular function in upper, middle and lower portions of trapezius are affected due to nerve transfer.

objective to introduce a method for repair of defects of alae nasi.methods transplantation of whole or partial free auricle composite tissue was designed in reconstruction of alae nasi.partial auricle composite tissue transplantation was used in 14 patients,the area of the graft was 1.0cm×1.5cm～1.9cm×2.5cm.whole auricle composite tissue transplantation was used in 6 patients,the area of the graft was 0.5cm×0.5cm～0.8cm×1.2cm.results all grafts survived.the grafts were dark red or light red in color,there were no blisters on them.follow-up of more than six months showed good results.conclusion in many methods for repair of defects of alae nasi,this method is simple,the appearance of alae nasi is good after operation and there is no new scar on face.

目的 修复鼻翼缺损。方法采用全层或部分耳廓复合组织游离移植的方法修复鼻翼缺损20例，其中以鼻翼残存瘢痕组织翻转作衬里，然后进行部分耳廓复合组织游离移植14例，移植物面积最小1.0cm×1.5cm，最大1.9cm×2.5cm；利用耳廓复合组织全层嵌入游离移植修复鼻翼缺损者6例，移植物面积最小0.5cm×0.5cm，最大0.8cm×1.2cm。结果 20例移植组织全部成活。色泽呈暗红至淡红不等，无水泡。随访半年移植物色泽与鼻组织基本近似，供区隐蔽。结论在诸多鼻翼缺损修复方法中，该方法简便易行、术后鼻翼外形好，面部显著部位不增加新的瘢痕，有独到优越性。

Methods 30 cases of nasal soft tissue de fects were reconstructed by different kinds of local flaps according to modified Burget′s nasal subunit. The Rintala flaps were used above the lowest level of low eyelids; at the area between low eyelids and the alar groove, the dorsal def ects were covered by ax-like local flaps and defects on side wall were reconstru cted by flaps rotated from the contralateral wall covered by skin graft; when it was below the highest level of alar groove, nasolabial flaps with subdermal ped ical were applied to nasal tip defection, and nasolabial local flaps to alar def ects, axial nasodorsum flaps supplied by the lateral nasal artery to defects inv olving columellae.
