Current studies involving in-situ remediation of Pb-polluted soils via phosphorus-compounds are reviewed in this paper. Key factors controlling pyromorphite formation kinetic, solution optimal pH and P/Pb molarity ratio, etc. are discussed in detail. Meanwhile, prospective studies are also discussed with the view to providing further information on remediation practices and their efficiencies in dealing with Pb-polluted soils.

本文对目前国内外利用磷进行铅污染修复研究的现状进行了综述，对该研究领域中的关键问题，如磷酸铅类化合物形成的反应动力学过程控制、最佳pH、土壤中磷/铅摩尔比等进行了较深入的探讨，并展望了今后的研究方向，以期为铅污染土壤的修复及其效果评价提供参考。

The static shape of tongue after reconstruction with submentalental island flap were acceptable. the dynamic function such as movement, speech and swallowing, were all well reformed. cheek mucosity were velvet and has no plump or overstaffed . 4 patients were all given radiotherapy after operation.the figuration and function of tissue defect region,that reconstructed, had no obviously change after radiotherapy.

修复后的舌体静态形态佳；动态表现舌的运动不受限，语音清晰，吞咽功能良好；修复后的颊粘膜表面光滑，无肥厚臃肿，不影响上下颌的咬合。4例术后均给予放疗，放疗后舌、颊部无异常变化。

2Cm bone defect was established in ulna of rabbits, the capacity of different therapeutic measures in bone defect repairment was determined in groups A , B (implanted BMP, TGF -β〓 and carrier) and C . It was found that the appearance of osteoblasts and formation of bone union were earlier and the number of osteoblasts more in group B than in group A. The amino acid analysis revealed that the volume of ossein was significantly higher in group B than in group A at the early stage.

分别用bBMP及载体bBMP、TGF-〓及载体和单纯载体修复兔尺骨1.2cm骨缺损的实验模型来比较三者间的成骨效果，结果表明B组比A组成骨细胞出现早、形成数量多、骨连接形成提前，骨胶原氨基酸分析在骨缺损修复早期胶原形成量B组均高于A组，且B组以形成Ⅰ型胶原为主，C组表现为一纤维形成过程。
