Although iron chips has been used widely as a soil amender and as an active material of permeable reactive barrier, there are few reports for remedy heavy metal contaminated soil especially for mercury contaminated soil.

应用工厂废弃物—铁屑做原料，探讨不同铁屑投加量对修复不同土壤类型、不同程度汞污染土壤的能力，并与修复水体汞污染作了对比；另外，首次将淋滤法与国际上新兴的土壤、地下水修复技术-PRB技术结合，研究其修复土壤汞污染的效果。

Evaluated, in the four stages of one month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after restoration, their Plaque Index, Gingival Index, Gingival Bleeding Index, Probing Depth and X-ray bone absorption. Subgingival plaque samples were isolated and cultured by the selective medium of black-pigment bacteria, F. nucleatum, Actinomyces viscosus and anaerobium.

临床选取32名种植患者的44枚种植体，记录了修复后1个月，修复后3个月，修复后6个月，修复后12个月四个时段，入选种植牙的菌斑指数，牙龈指数，牙龈出血指数，探诊深度；采用产黑菌、放线菌、具核梭杆菌及厌氧菌的选择性培养基对龈下菌斑标本进行了分离培养。

(1) cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury rats'limbs motor function is variable. Acupuncture could promote lims'functional recovery.(2) PCNA masc cells is visible in cerebral ischemical semidarkness region. There is cell regeneration phenomenon. Acupuncture could strengthen injury region's PCNA expression, could profit injury recovery and functional reconstruction.(3) In ischemia semidarkness region for the model group and acupuncture group, PCNA masc cells percentage of 14days group is lower than 7days group. Along with the recovery of injury, cell multiplication is weaken.(4) In cerebral ischemia semidarkness region, there is VEGF masc cells and regeneration phenomenon. Acupuncture could strengthen injury region's VEGF expression, could profit protection after injury and blood vessel regenerate.(5) In ischemia semidarkness region for the model group and acupuncture group, VEGF masc cells percentage of 14days group is lower than 7days group. Along with the recovery of semidarkness region, ischemia and anoxemia state is getting improved, and VEGF is reduce.(6) As there are PCNA and VEGF masc cells in brain injured region, we could conclude that, after brain ischemical reperfusion injury, there are blood vessel regeneration phenomenon. Acupuncture could promote blood vessel regeneration, recovery blood supply sufficiently and quickly, and promote the recovery of brain injury region.(7)The VEGF masc cells percentage of inhibitor group is lower than acupuncture group. It state that the effect of acupuncture promote VEGF is partly depend on the existing of eNOS.

实验结论：(1)脑缺血再灌注损伤后大鼠的肢体运动功能发生改变，针刺可以促进肢体功能恢复；(2)脑缺损伤区可见PCNA阳性细胞，存在细胞再生现象，针刺可以增强损伤区PCNA的表达，有利于损伤的修复和功能重建；(3)针刺组和模型组14d时缺血损伤区PCNA阳性细胞百分比低于7d组，随着损伤逐渐得到修复，细胞增殖现象减弱；(4)脑缺血损伤区可见VEGF阳性细胞，存在内皮型细胞再生现象，针刺可以增强损伤区VEGF的表达，有利于脑损伤后保护和缺血区血管再生；(5)针刺组和模型组14d时缺血损伤区VEGF阳性细胞百分比低于7d组，随着缺血损伤的修复，缺血缺氧状态得到改善，产生的VEGF减少；(6)由于脑损伤区同时出现PCNA阳性细胞和VEGF阳性细胞，前者是增殖细胞的标志，后者是促进血管再生的重要因子，可以推断，脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑内存在血管再生现象，针刺可以促进损伤区的血管再生，更迅速而充分的恢复损伤区的血供，促进脑损伤区的修复；(7)抑制剂针刺组脑损伤区VEGF阳性细胞百分比与针刺组相比有不同程度的降低，说明针刺促进缺血损伤区VEGF表达部分依赖eNOS的存在。

as a result of rapid development of city's industrialization in shanghai whereas the lag of industrial and domestic sewage's disposal and the building progess of city's cloaca,most of rivers was polluted badly.there are diversiform measures including biotechnologics for improving the water quality in shanghai.in this paper,the biotechnologic repairing's basic theory,effect,history,and application in the current world is expatiated.furthermore,a project sample which was put into practice in minghang district showed the feasibility and the actual effect of such technology in shanghai's water quality repairing.

由于上海市工业化和城市化的迅速发展，雨污分流与污水处理的建设和发展相对滞后，致使大量工业废水和生活污水直接排入河道，河道水质严重恶化。为改善上海河道水质，人们采取了多种措施，其中就包括采用生物技术修复河道水质的措施。本文浅要介绍了采用生物技术修复河道水质的原理、效果以及这种技术的发展简史、在国际上的应用现状，并以闵行区已经开展的邱泾河原位生物修复工程为例说明这种技术在上海市水质修复应用的可行性和实际效果。

Besides, as to inpainting problem in wavelet domain, we introduce a new iterative model. In this model low frequency and high frequency will carry on processing separately, enormous speed up the image repair convergence rate, and even if as high as 90% wavelet coefficient have been lost, this model will also be able to have the very good repair effect. In the old model, to compute the curvature we have to transform the coefficients to the pixel domain, and then transform back to the coefficient domain for several times and this method can solve this problem and speed up the iterative convergence.

其次针对小波域中图像修复的问题，本文提出了一种新的小波域图像修复模型，该模型根据小波变换后系数相关性的特点，将低频和高频分别进行处理，极大的加快了图像修复的收敛速度，并且即使丢失高达90%的小波系数，该模型也会有很好的修复效果，有效的解决了传统的TV- Wavelet模型在计算图像的平均曲率WCURV时，需要反复进行小波分解与重构的计算，迭代速度慢的问题。

Methods A total of 56 patients (172 teeth) were randomly divided into two groups: in the experimental group, 30 patients of 86 teeth were restored with IPS Empress 2 all porcelain crown restoration; and in the control group, 26 patients of 86 teeth were restored with nichrome baked ceramic crown.
