METHODS: A total of 20 patients with congenital meso immaturity cleft palate, aged 2-12 years, were randomly and evenly divided into control and bone grafting groups. Orthodox simplex two-flap operation was used to repair cleft palate in the control group, and two-flaps operation was adopt to repair soft tissue meanwhile implant OAM to repair bone defects in cleft hard palate in bone grafting group.

随机选取20例年龄在2~12岁的先天性正中Ⅱ度腭裂患者，随机平均分成对照组和植骨组，对照组采用常规的单纯两瓣法修复腭部软组织缺损；植骨组采用两瓣法修复腭部软组织缺损的同时，植入骨诱导活性材料修复硬腭骨组织缺损。

A field trial for plant density has been used for practical remediation in 2004 and 2005, it has four treatments, 10 cm×10 cm、20 cm×20 cm、10 cm×40 cm and 40 cm×40 cm, respectively. 1在10cm×10cm、20cm×20cm、10cm×40cm与40cm×40cm 4个种植密度下，利用蜈蚣草对砷污染土壤进行了2年的田间实际修复，得出如下结论：蜈蚣草是一种适宜于密植的草本植物，具有通过提高栽培密度来提高其地上部生物产量的潜力；同时蜈蚣草密植有利于促使其吸收的砷向地上部富集，从而有利于进一步提高其对砷污染土壤的修复能力；综合考虑修复过程中的收获方式、经济成本与可操作性，在4个密度处理中密度20cm×20cm为蜈蚣草的最佳栽培密度。

In this study, three PAEs compounds, that is diethyl phthalate, di-n-butyl phthalate and bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, were selected as objective compounds, and pot experiments of different plants (including maizes and forage plants) with different remediation measures in glasshouse were carried out and GC/MS analysis of PAEs were used to investigate the remediation effect of soils contaminated by PAEs by different plants and remediation measures.

GCF was collected from labial and lingual of mesial site and distal site before the tooth preparation by filter paper. At the point of 6 month after cementation, GCF was collected at the same sites.
