Methods:The artificial defects of 20 rabbits were repaired with frozen allogeneic mandible and fresh syngeneic mandible to study the revascularization's dynamic process of mandible transplantation by the inkgelation vascular perfusion,vascular corroisioncast,Nuclein scintigraphy;the 85 cases received frozen allogeneic mandible transplantation and the measures to improve revascularization;The defects were implanted with bFGF and allogeneic bone,the defects were only repaired with allogeneic bone as control group.
