Therefore, in order to realize the contact and communication among various management information systems and break the puzzledom of information insulation, a new effective integration method is needed which can link multiple systems in or across an enterprise and form a distributed application architectures in which resources can be shared and business process can be clubbed together.

因此，为了实现企业各个管理信息系统之间的互联互通，打破信息孤岛的困境，就需要一种新的有效的集成方法来将孤立的分散于企业内与企业间的管理信息系统联系起来，形成资源共享、业务协作的分布式应用体系。

The research results suggest that:(1)the factors influence the control of IOR including economic,social and technological factors;(2)the application of interorganizational systems should focus on both technological and non-technological factors;(3)the stronger dependency between organizations, the more effective of the IOS reducing the coordination costs;(4)usually the investment of firms in interorganizational relationship is reciprocal;(5)the appicaton of IT changes the dependency between organizations, which should modify the coordination mechanism, resulting in the change of IOR;(6)the coordination cost affects the effectiveness of coordination among firms;(7) maintaining the interorganizational relationship influences the firms'' network life cycle and matureness;(8)both coordination cost and network size of firms affect sharing mechanisn of the costs and benefits for creating and maintaining interoganizational relationship;(9) the influence of coordination costs to the allocation of super profits deriving from interorganizational relationship is depent on the network topology;(10) the core firm in a network prefer the symmetric network.

我们的研究成果表明：（1）影响管理与控制IOR治理结构的因素有经济因素、社会学因素以及技术因素；（2）在应用组织际信息系统时，要同时关注技术和非技术的影响因素；（3）当组织之间存在较强的依赖关系时，组织际信息系统的应用能够有效减少组织之间的协调成本；当组织之间的依赖关系较弱时，组织际信息系统的应用会加深组织之间被对方侵占的风险，无法显著地减少组织际协调成本；（4）在通常情况下，参与组织际关系的成员的投资是互补的；（5）IT的应用会改变组织间的相互依赖性，组织应调整协调机制，而协调机制的变化会改变IOR；（6）协调成本的大小对协调有效性有着很大影响；（7）组织际关系的维护影响组织网络的生命周期和成熟度；（8）影响组织际关系建立和维护的成本分担和利益共享方案的因素不仅仅跟协调成本有关，而且还与网络规模有关；（9）在对称网络拓扑结构与非对称网络拓扑结构下，协调成本对超额回报分配的影响是不同的；（10）核心企业倾向于选择非对称的网络结构。

笔者分析了建立基于GIS的交通事故信息空间数据库的紧迫性；探讨了完备的交通事故信息数据库的内容构成，认为应包括空间数据库、影响因素数据库以及元数据和数据字典库三大部分；研讨了交通事故空间数据库的重要应用价值，进而采用GIS的分层组织思想对交通事故信息空间数据库中的数据进行组织；详细设计了各个数据表以及数据表间的关系，建立了包含交通事故对象、人、车、路以及环境等要素的交通事故空间数据库，为交通事故研究提供完备的数据支持。

This dissertation has conducted some information superiority oriented research focusing on some key technologies such as information acquiring, object recognition, situation assessment, threat assessment, target assignment, effectiveness evaluation of C~4ISR system, effectiveness evaluation of NCW in cognitive domain and so on. The main research and devotement of this dissertation are listed as follows: 1. Based on the analysis of physical meaning and campaign course of Lanchester linear law, we proposed a model reflecting the impact of surveillance and reconnaissance on force attrition. The model also discussed the effect of asymmetry information on the outcome of the battle, and conquered the disadvantage of Lanchester equation in modeling C~4ISR system.

本文面向信息优势对C~4ISR系统的信息获取、目标识别、态势评估、威胁估计、武器分配、效能评价以及网络中心战等关键技术进行深入研究，取得了一些创新性成果：(1)通过对Lanchester线性率中各参数物理意义及作战过程的分析，建立了反映侦察和监视效果的兵力消耗过程模型，并引入博弈论分析了战场上信息的不对称对交战结果的影响，克服了描述C~4ISR系统的Lanchester方程没有考虑作战单元、对手和环境间的动态交互以及数学结构简单的缺点。
