This text mainly passes the current situation, characteristic and existing problem of taking care of books of universities, colleges, junior colleges and special secondary schools of Shanxi of the investigation, combine scientific methods such as the modern management theory, system engineering,etc., has analyzed the institutional framework of taking care of books of all kinds of schools of our province and management system, comply with the information-based macroclimate and requirement of the teachers and students of the big, special secondary school universities and colleges, use marriage partner -oriented programming language Visual Basic 6.0 of the computer, database Microsoft Access 2000 and data base administration language SQL language, have analyzed the books managements of all universities, colleges, junior colleges and special secondary schools of our province, according to the actual conditions, combine books administrative skill, computer programming technology and database technology, have book developed the books information management system of each function module of can offer the inquiry, purchase of the books, borrow the book, return the book, lose the book on the computer ing etc., have offered the effective basis for development of the taking care of books undertaking of the education circle of our province.

本文主要通过调查山西省大、中专院校图书管理的现状、特点以及存在的问题，结合现代管理理论、系统工程等科学方法，分析了我省各类学校图书管理的组织结构及管理体系，顺应信息化大气候和大、中专院校的师生的要求，使用计算机面向对象的编程语言Visual Basic 6.0 、数据库Microsoft Access 2000和数据库管理语言SQL语言，对我省各大、中专院校的图书管理工作进行了分析，根据实际情况，将图书管理技术、计算机编程技术和数据库技术相结合，在微机上开发了能够提供对图书的查询、购买、借书、还书、丢书等各个功能模块的图书信息管理系统，为我省教育界的图书管理

Taking into account the large number of information contained in authoritative journal about the History of Science, while avoiding the unreliability of results concluded by a single journal, through analyzing the contents metrically from 1993 to 2005 in three most authoritative journals on History of Science (ISIS, History of Science , British Journal for the History of Science), the paper displayed detailedly the microcosmic orbits of History of Science, revealed the hot points and hold the trends from the macrocosm and provided evidence and theoretical support for Historiography of Science. This will undoubtedly have an important academic value and theoretical significance.This article has three parts.

考虑到权威期刊所蕴涵的大量的科学史信息，同时避免单一期刊研究结论的不可靠性，本文选取国际上最权威的三份科学史综合期刊《爱西斯》、《科学史》、《英国科学史杂志》(British Journal for the History of Science)，对1993-2005年的内容进行计量分析，详细地展示这十多年来科学史研究的微观发展过程，并在三者计量结果进行相互比较印证的基础上，揭示科学史研究热点及发展脉络，从宏观上把握科学史研究的学术走向，对科学史研究重点的调整提供证明与借鉴，并为科学编史学的研究提供理论支持。
