Deviation or delay in prosecuting the voyage contemplated by the policy is excused Where authorized by any special term in the policy; or Where caused by circumstances beyond the control of the master and his employer; or Where reasonably necessary in order to comply with an express or implied warranty; or Where reasonably necessary for the safety of the ship or subject-matter insured; or For the purpose of saving human life, or aiding a ship in distress where human life may be in danger; or Where reasonably necessary for the purpose of obtaining medical or surgical aid for any person on board the ship; or Where caused by the barratrous conduct of the master or crew, if barratry be one of the perils insured against.

船舶在完成保险单载明的航程中，下述绕航或延迟是许可的：保险单中特殊条款授权者；船长或其雇员不能控制的情况造成的；为遵循明示或默示保证所合理必要的；为船舶或保险标的的安全所合理必要的；为救助人命或为救护有人命危险的遇难船舶；为船上任何人员合理地及时得到内，外科治疗所合理必要的；如果"船长，船员欺诈恶行"是承保风险，由于船长或船员的欺诈恶行造成的。

2Where there is a loss recoverable under the policy, the insu rer, or each insurer if there be more than one, is liable for such proportion of the measure of indemnity as the amount of his subscription bears to the value fi xed by the policy in the case of a valued policy, or to the insurable value in the cas e of an unvalued policy.

2在损失根据保险单可以得到赔偿之场合，保险人(或两个以上的保险人中的任何一个)按其对保险单所认可的数额同保险单约价值或同可保价值的比例赔付赔偿限额。

Sum which the assured can recover in respect of a los s on a policy by The which he is insured, in the case of an unvalued policy by which h e is insured, in the case of an unvalued policy to the full extent of the insurable va lue, or, in the case of a valued policy to the full extent of the valued fixed by the policy, is called the measure of indemnity.

1被保险人在其保险单项下能得到的损失赔偿叫做赔偿限额。对不定值保险单，赔偿限额是保险标的的全部保险价值；对定值保险单，赔偿限额是保险单中的约定保险价值。

Where the assured has parted with or lost his interest in the subject-matter insured, and has not, before or at the time of so doing, expressly or impliedly agreed to assign the policy, any subsequent assignment of the policy is inoperative; Provided that nothing in this section affects the assignment of a policy after loss.

在被保险人对保险标的已经没有或丧失利益，且在此之前或当时未明示或默示同意转让保险单之情况下，则随后保险单的任何转让均属无效。但本条规定不影响在发生损失之后的保险单转让。

Where the assured has parted with or lost his interest in t he subject-matter insured, and has not, before or at the time of so doing, expressl y or impliedly agreed to assign the policy, any subsequent assignment of the policy is inoperative; Provided that nothing in this section affects the assignment of a policy after loss.

在被保险人对保险标的已经没有或丧失利益，且在此之前或当时未明示或默示同意转让保险单之情况下，则随后保险单的任何转让均属无效。但本条规定不影响在发生损失之后的保险单转让。

If a policy indemnifies additional joint insured, namely in addition to the insured specified in this Clause, the Contractor shall act under the policy on behalf of these additional joint insured except that the Employer shall act for Employer's Personnel, additional joint insured shall not be entitled to receive payments directly from the insurer or to have any other direct dealings with the insurer, and the insuring Party shall require all additional joint insured to comply with the conditions stipulated in the policy.

如果某一保险单保障了另外的联合被投保人，即本条款规定的被投保人以外的被投保人，则承包商应代表此类另外的联合被投保人根据保险单行动（雇主代表雇主的人员行动的情况除外），另外的联合被投保人应无权直接从承保人处获得支付，或者直接与承保人办理任何业务，以及保险方应要求所有另外的联合被投保人遵循保险单规定的条件。

There is a deviation from the voyage contemplated by the policy – Where the course of the voyage is specifically designated by the policy, and that course is departed from; or Where the course of the voyage is not specifically designated by the policy, but the usual and customary course is departed from.

下列情形即属自保险单预定的航线绕航在保险单已明确规定了航程航线的情况下，船舶驶离该航线；在保险单未明确规定航程的航线之场合，船舶驶离通常和习惯的航线（3）绕航的意图无关紧要，必须有绕航的事实，保险人方可解除合同项下的责任。
