本文结合中国的实际情况，基于技术进步研究了知识产权保护对经济增长的影响，从跨国公司的视角构建了一个包含知识产权保护、技术创新和国际技术转移(FDI、出口贸易和技术特许三种策略)的模型，分析了发展中国家加强知识产权保护对于技术创新和技术转移的影响，论证了知识产权保护为自主创新良性循环提供了有力的保障，从而保障了技术的持续进步和经济的持续增长。

The author considers that two problems are worth reflecting and studying:One is the regulating range;the other is that when legislators regulated the rights of software copyrighter that regulated in the eighth item of Computer Software Protection Byelaw,they did not consider the characteristics of computer software itself and concerning to protection period, it did not solved interest balance in copyrights protection of software.
