Then Doripenem came into the market in the July ,2005. We studied the synthesis of Doripemen.Firstly, we synthesized the chemical 2 from the starting material------o-hydroxylphenylacylamine through Reformastky reaction, alkylation, Diekmann reaction, enolization, esterification and etc. Secondly, we synthesized the chemical 3 from L — hydroxylproline through the protection of carboxyl, amidogen and hydroxyl group, reduction by NaBr, SN_2 substitution and Mitsumobu reaction.

我们以水杨酰胺为起始原料，经Reformatsky反应、烷基化、Diekmann环合、烯醇化、酯化等反应合成双环母核2；再从L-羟基脯氨酸出发，经酯化保护羧基、保护氨基、保护羟基、硼氢化还原酯得醇、Sn2取代和Mitsumobu反应等合成巯基侧链3；最后由化合物3经脱保护、水解得硫醇，和化合物2在二异丙基乙基胺的作用下缩合，最后Pd／C催化脱保护，历经16步反应最终得到产物多尼培南。

Through analyzing the reasons of the circumvallation s damage and discussing the value of the circumvallation and the significance of the preservation, feasible suggestions have been made on the basis of existing protective measures: the preservation of the ancient circumvallation should rely on the whole society which should use the advanced technologies and methods and adopt legal means so as to provide reference for the theory and practice of the preservation of the ancient circumvallation in jingzhou city.

分析古城墙遭到破坏的原因，探讨古城墙的价值及其保护的重要意义，在现有保护措施的基础上提出了一些可行性的保护建议：古城墙的保护要依靠全社会的力量，运用先进的技术和方法，采取法律的手段，为荆州古城墙的保护理论和实践工作提供参考。

According to the present situations of protected area in China and referring to the definition and category abroad, we suggested the forest natural protected area mainly include three types as follow: Nature Reserves (NR; types of forest eco-system), Forest Parks and Public Welfare Tree Farm. Researches of evaluation on ecotourism resources of forest natural protected area focused on two aspects basically: to appraise and account the ecotourism resources monetarily from the standpoint of pure economics; to assess the exploitability of ecotourism resources based on the theories of conservation biology and ecology, in which finding the reasonable equilibrating point between protection and: utilization was emphasized. On the studies of development pattern of forest ecotourism resources, it is necessary to deal with the relationship between protection and exploitation correctively, namely to put the protection as the first consideration and balance the "Tree r.1ajor Benefits" so that prompting the virtuous circle afforest ecotourism.

根据我国自然保护地的实际情况，参考国外自然保护地的定义与分类方式，可认为我国的森林自然保护地主要应主要包括森林生态系统类型自然保护区、森林公园及公益林场三种类型；森林自然保护地的生态旅游资源评价研究主要集中在两方面：一是单纯地从经济学角度对旅游资源游憩价值进行货币化评价与核算，二是从保护生物学和生态学角度对资源的可开发性进行评价，其侧重在于找到保护与开发的的科学平衡点；在森林自然保护地旅游资源的开发模式研究上，必须正确处理开发与保护的关系，把保护放在第一位，坚持"三大效益"兼顾的原则，才能实现森林生态旅游资源开发与保护的良性循环。

The first part initiates with the signification of the right of privacy, elucidates the definition of right of privacy and network privacy right, analyses the characteristics of network privacy right that distinguish it from conventional right of privacy; the second part details the current situation of personal privacy violation in the cyberspace and violation modes as well as types; the third part summarizes and compares the network privacy right protection modes and legislation frames of the typically USA and EU law systems;the fourth part depicts and analyses the situation of protection to network privacy right in China;in the last part a proposal on constituting national protection system for network privacy right is presented,i.e.,establish the primarily legal protection, accessorily vocational self-discipline and technology protection mechanism based evenly on interests of the state, users' rights of privacy and industrial revenues.

本文共分五个部分，第一部分从隐私权涵义入手，阐明了隐私权和网络隐私权的定义，分析了网络隐私权区别于传统隐私权的特征；第二部分阐述了目前网络空间中个人隐私权遭受侵害的现状及侵权方式及类型；第三部分对以美国和欧盟为代表的两大体系在网络隐私权保护模式与立法框架上做了总结和比较；第四部分阐述和分析了我国法律对网络隐私权保护的现状；最后在第五部分对构建我国网络隐私权法律保护体系提出了建议：即在兼顾国家利益、用户个人隐私利益和行业利益的基础上建立以法律保护为主，以行业自律和技术保护为辅的保护机制。

The results showed that:①the crystalline phases are mainly the cuspidine, wollastonite and gehlenite with nepheline, fluorite and olivine also found in some samples under the experimental conditions;②with the bacisity and CaF_2 content increased, crystalline proportion of mold flux rises .
