将成年雄性sd大鼠15只随机分为5组(n=3)，手术切除大鼠双侧肾上腺，1 wk后取垂体前叶标本分别进行抗gap 43与抗促肾上腺皮质激素、促甲状腺激素、黄体生成素、催乳素、生长激素抗体的免疫组织化学双标染色，观察gap 43 li神经纤维与各腺细胞之间的关系。
