本文以历史脉络厘清为何在2002年七月美国国家卫生研究院会停止原本预定十三年目前才进行到第八年的长期追踪研究，表示美国公共卫生与医学界对HRT药物实验的认真与用心，强调药物只适合用於短期治疗而非长期预防用，也看到民间妇女团体和女性主义学者在监督药物不使之滥用的贡献；以此反观国内反应，显示出我国医界或部分卫生署官员对公共卫生流行病学调查的不了解，对相对风险观念的不明白，以及对预防医学的误解，对健康促进的不重视，对妇女团体的排斥，对性别分析和妇女健康的忽视，更缺少药物伦理的监督，也轻忽卫生署应有的职责。

近20年来的基础教育课程改革的发展历程，既为当前的课程改革提供了许多的经验与指南、问题与教训，也留下了许多研究与思考的问题：进行课程改革首先需要确保课程理念的正确，必须随时改革陈旧过时观念，这就要求课程改革不仅有成熟的理论基础，而且还要有科学的实验支持，从而提高课程改革的理论性、前瞻性和科学性，走一条理论创新与实践探索相互促进的道路；课程改革在其渐进发展过程中需要明确继承与借鉴、发扬与变革、理想与现实等的关系，把握改革的整体性和持续性；课程改革作为一项繁重的系统工程，需要以健全合理的体制做保证，同时相应的配套改革措施应同步进行；课程整合作为一种重要的发展趋势逐渐为人们所关注，它要结束的不仅是一种分割、分离、彼此对立的状态，更是要结束人们长期以来的一种旧有课程理念和思维方式。

This dissertation puts forwards more comprehensions to teacher life on the basis of interior teacher research: teacher life is realized in the educational activities; there are stimulative relations betweens teacher life and students lives, individual teacher life and other teacher lives; self-development consciousness and need is the important motion of teacher life development; the common research and study between the teachers plays a important role in the individual life development;"the creative wisdom" is the central embodiment of teacher life development.
