Results showed that L-THP possessed negative inotropic and negative chronotropic action, lowed left ventricular pressure and it's infinitesimal calculus, decreased heart output in per min., shorten 〓 and 〓 of action potential of ventricular papillary muscle of guinea pig and even the plate-phase of action potential disappeared in larger dose group , but prolonged 〓. we studied transmembrane transportation of 〓 after administering L-THP , L-THP not only depressed uptake and increased release of Ca 2+ in normal myocardium, but also it showed stronger inhibition in cell injured by ISO, and fully eliminated the effect of ISO increasing uptake and decreasing release of 〓. By detecting the 〓 content of ventricular single myocyte using fluorescent probe Fluo-3/AM, results correspond to that done above, L-THP decreased 〓 content inside of cell significantly. Using whole-cell mode, we observed the effect of L-THP on Ica in ventricular single cell, it was found that L-THP decreased Ica, the effect increased with increasing it's dose, and had voltage, frequency-dependency. Dose highly corelated to effect, corelative constant is 0.87. When washing cell with normal tyre's solution, Ica could recover, which proved the blocked action of L-THP on calcium channel once again. Meanwhile, L-THP reduced production of MDA in heart injured by ISO in dose-dependent manner, improved content of GSH-Px, in case tissue or cell free from free radical damage.

To investigate the effect of p38MAPK signal conducting pathway on livercancinoma cell's malignant phenotype induced by VEGF,we take theexperiment with cell growth test,scanning microscope and laser scanningconfocal microscope so that observe effect of p38MAPK signal conductingpathway on liver cancinoma cell growth,pseudopodium formation andframework of cytoskeleton induced by VEGF.results indicate that the cellbecame ellipse and there were more and thick pseudopodium in the cell'ssurface after being treated by VEGF,and destroyed framework ofcytoskeleton,which can be blocked by pretreated with a special inhibitor ofp38MAPK SB203580 so that VEGF promote metastasis by enhancing livercell migration and movement via p38MAPK signal conducting pathway,butVEGF promote cell growth without p38MAPK signal conducting pathway.

为进一步探讨VEGF通过p38信号传导通路诱导肝癌细胞转移时，对肝癌细胞恶性表型的影响，采用细胞增殖实验、扫描电子显微镜、激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察VEGF对肝癌细胞增殖作用、细胞伪足形成、细胞骨架微丝结构的影响以及p38MAPK信号通路调控作用。结果显示，VEGF能够不通过p38信号通路促进肝癌细胞增殖；VEGF诱导肝癌细胞丝状伪足增多、增长，使细胞骨架微丝结构破坏、甚至消失。阻断p38MAPK信号通路，可以抑制VEGF诱导的肝癌细胞伪足形成，细胞骨架丝状结构呈束状，排列较规整。上述结果表明，VEGF可以通过p38信号传导通路诱导肝癌细胞伪足增多、增长，促使细胞骨架微丝结构破坏，使肝癌细胞迁移、运动能力增加，促进肿瘤转移。VEGF并不通过p38信号通路诱导肝癌细胞增殖作用。

The serum levels of TChE and SOD and CAT in hippocampus of mice in Cold group was also significantly higher than those in the Control group and Warm group(P 0.05或P 0.01),while the serum level of MDA in the Control group and Warm group were higher than that in the Cold group(P 0.05或P 0.01). Conclusions1、E_2 may induce the apoptosis and Fas,FasL expressions of Jurkat cell,its effect positively related to the dose and treating time of E_2.2、There is intrinsic co-expression of ERαand ERβon Jurkat cell,which can be upregulated by E_2,positively related to E_2 doses.3、E_2 may act as an apoptosis inducer of Jurkat cell via ERβ.4、E_2 can promote the transcriptive activity of NF-κB in Jurkat cell.The increased NF-κB activity may lead to increased apoptosis of Jurkat cell.

结论1、E_2可增加Jurkat细胞的凋亡，并增加Fas、FasL的蛋白表达，且其作用与E_2的剂量和处理时间呈正相关。2、Jurkat细胞上存在ERα、ERβ的表达，且E_2可上调这两种受体的表达，E_2剂量越大，ER表达量越高。3、E_2可能通过ERβ发挥其促进Jurkat细胞凋亡的作用。4、E_2能增加Jurkat细胞中NF-κB的转录活性，Jurkat细胞中NF-κB活性增加有促进凋亡的作用。

Results and ConclusionThe study of time-efficacy relation expresses that after infusing the solution of Phyuanthus emblica Phyllanthus emblica, medicated serum in different time activates the spleen lymphocyte of small mice differently after the 30min but before 180min. During this period, on 2h the activation of the medicated serum is the most obvious. The quantity-efficacy relation research expresses that megadose promotes the propagate of the spleen lymphocyte of small mouse and activates the macrophage in the abdominal cavity more obviously. On the other hand, the small dosage influents the survival rate of the mouse S180 ascites tumor cell more obviously.

结果与结论时效关系研究表明，用余甘子冻干粉溶液灌胃后30～180 min内不同时相含药血清对小鼠脾淋巴细胞具有活化作用，并在给药2 h时实验血清活化作用明显；量效关系研究表明，余甘子大剂量组实验血清对促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖，促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞细胞活化作用以及小剂量组实验血清对小鼠S180腹水肿瘤细胞存活率的影响均具显著差异性。
