Objective: To observe the motor function variation of focal cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury rats'limbs at different time. To observe the expression of PCNA and VEGF. To observe the effect to that index when electric acupuncture the"Quchi"and"Housanli". To observe the effect to the focal cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury rats, which are inject eNOS catastaltic, when electric acupuncture that two acupoints. Through observing of above all things , we study acupuncture's blood vessel regenerated effect to cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury region, approach the possibility of brain functional recovery angiogenesis which promoted by acupuncture, provide new consider and experiment accordings for deepening acupuncture therapy of the ischemia stroke.

研究目的：通过观察局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠不同时间点肢体运动功能的变化及损伤脑组织核心增长蛋白、血管内皮细胞生长因子的表达情况，电针&曲池&、&后三里&穴对以上各指标的影响、电针&曲池&、&后三里&对给予eNOS抑制剂对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的影响，研究针刺对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤区血管再生的作用，探讨针刺促进脑功能恢复的血管生成可能机制，为进一步深化针灸治疗缺血性中风的认识提供新的思路和实验依据。

光照能促使人体细胞5倍速生长，当细胞粒腺体内的细胞色素被光源启动，促进葡萄糖转化为ATP，细胞的新陈代谢能量上升，从而刺激胶原蛋白的增生，不同的光源会对皮肤产生不同的影响。

TSPG has the similar effect as HGFs, can directly or/and indirected effect and regulate proliferation and differentiation of CD34〓 HSC/HPC to bring into full play in"invigorating qi"of Panax ginseng. 2. During the process of the extensive proliferation, orderly differentiation, functional activation and gene transfer of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells in ex vivo culture systems, TSPG may be used to regulate the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells to perform potential application in the domain of hematpoietic stem cell engineering.

我们的研究结果提示：1、TSPG具有类似造血生长因子的功效，能直接或间接影响和调控造血干/祖细胞的增殖与分化，促进血细胞的生成，从而发挥人参&补气生血&之功效。2、在进行对造血干/祖细胞的扩增与诱导分化，功能激活，基因转染等造血干细胞工程研究中可利用人参皂甙的药理作用来调控细胞的增殖分化，发挥其在造血干细胞工程领域的潜在应用价值。

The results showed that during 96 hours culturing, Paenibacillus polymyxa and its metabolites can promote dissolving microperthite both by direct and indirect mechanisms. The direct mechanism can promote releasing Al, but has little effect on K and Si, which are considered to be mainly released by indirect mechanism.

结果表明，在细菌生长的0~96h内，细菌及代谢产物能通过直接和间接作用共同促进微纹长石的溶解，但微纹长石中各元素的溶出在方式上有一定的差别，K和Si的溶出主要受间接作用的影响，而Al的溶出主要受直接作用的影响。

When dealt the Oncomelania hupensis with a low concentration of stachydrine (0.60g/L), the figures of the glycogen increased from 9.152% to 58.72%. While dealt the Oncomelania hupensis with a higher concentration of stachydrine (0.80g/L), the figures of the glycogen reduced from 11.68% to 76.16%. It indicated that the stachydrine can restrain Oncomelania hupensis's life by affecting their energy metabolism.

Comparing as BA, 0.1mg·L〓 TDZ was more effective in inducing germinating and developing of buds, regenerating prolific caespitose buds via organogenesis, promoting rhizogenesis and activity of root system greatly, as a result, acclimation survival rate was improved significantly. When leaf segments, cut from in vitro plantlets, were placed on MS media containing 0.1mg·L〓 TDZ, adventitious buds regenerated from segments. After transferred to propagated and rooted media, adventitious buds would proliferate and come into full plantlets.

The eyepiece micrometer is a simple tool for measuring length of hair follicle in vitro.

在离体培养人头皮毛囊时，Williams E无血清培养基是合适的选择，该模型也是筛选促进或抑制毛发生长药物的良好模型；离体培养毛囊组织学检测用冰冻切片可以简化步骤；透射电镜可以用来观察离体培养的毛囊的形态和超微结构的变化，也可以用来协助观察细胞凋亡的状况。
