Objective To observe expression of T lymphoma invasion and metastasis inducing factor 1 (Tiam 1) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen in gastric cancer and investigate their relationship with clinicopathological parameters.

目的探讨T淋巴瘤侵袭转移诱导因子1(Tiam1)和增殖细胞核抗原在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法对60例胃癌组织及其相应正常胃黏膜组织标本进行检测。

Regulated expressions of Tiam 1 and PCNA are closely correlated with the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. Combined detection of Tiam 1 and PCNA is helpful for estimating the biological behavior of gastric cancer.

Tiam 1和PCNA表达上调均与胃癌侵袭转移密切相关，对其进行联合检测有助于判断胃癌的生物学特性。

Conclusion］ Trametes robiniophila markedly inhibit the ability of cells adhesion, motion and invasion in highly metastatic potential human hepatocellular carcinoma, so it can arrest the metastasis of cancer cells.
