RESULTS: Of the 74 patients, 23 (31%) had ocular manifestations accompanied by other symptoms, including 3 (4.1%) with ocular syndrome accompanied with headache as the first symptoms of Moyamoya disease. Digital subtract angiography examination revealed 24 patients (32.4%) had unilateral or double stenosis of internal carotid artery, among which 3 patients had ocular syndrome. All positive eye findings included amaurosis fugax (13%), hemianopia (17%), decline or loss of the visual ability and lesions of visual fields (44%), papillary size dysfunction (13%), pupil direct/indirect light reflex (13%), ptosis (9%), nystagmus (4%), ocular dyscinesia (13%), and fossa orbitalis tenderness (9%).

结果：74例Moyamoya病患者中眼部症状与其它症状同时发生者23例（31%），其中仅以眼部症状伴头痛表现为首发症状就诊者3例（4%）；DSA检查显示单侧或双侧颈内动脉狭窄者24例（32%），其中3例患者双侧颈内动脉完全闭塞，而无任何眼部症状；23例患者所伴眼症表现主要为一过性黑朦13%，偏盲17%，视力下降甚至丧失44%，瞳孔大小异常13%，瞳孔直接/间接对光反射消失13%，上睑下垂9%，眼球震颤4%，眼球运动障碍13%，眼眶压痛9%。

It can be moved both posteriorly and medially to lengthen the side of the palate and to contact with the cleft margin of the non-operated side without tension.Obviously,there is no need to perform the same surgical maneuvers on the other side again.The cleft is then closed by layers.

手术时，在腭部的一侧作完改变的六项操作以后，手术侧的腭部即彻底松弛，可以充分后退，增加该侧腭部先天不足的长度，并随意向近中侧移动，与对侧的裂缘接触，不需要在对侧再作同样的手术操作，即可将裂隙缝合。

RESULTS:①There was higher tensile stress at the ingual side of symphysis, inside of molar and outside of condyle under the impact of chin.②There was higher tensile stress at the lingual side of symphysis, inside of contralateral molar, outside of contralateral angle, outside of homolateral angle and inside of homolateral body under the impact of body.③There was higher tensile stress at the inside of angle, inside of homolateral condyle, lingual side of symphysis, outside of contralateral condyle and inside of homolateral molar under the impact of angle.

结果：①撞击颏部，其舌侧区，磨牙后区内侧面、髁状突颈外表面以及下颌角外表面具有较高的张应力；②撞击下颌体部，颏部舌侧区，对侧磨牙后区内侧面、对侧下颌角外表面、撞击侧下颌角外侧面、撞击侧体部内侧面具有较高的张应力；③撞击下颌角，其内侧面、撞击侧髁状突颈内侧面、颏部舌侧面、对侧髁状突颈外表面以及撞击侧磨牙后区内侧面具有较高的张应力。

Results 107 patients were treated with half gland and isthmic portion excision, 43 patients among which were treated with lymph node dissection ;306 patients were treated with half gland and isthmic portion and majority opposite side excision,163 patients among which were treated with lymph node dissection ;and both side of thyroid was removed with half lymph node dissection in 46 patients; 1, 3 and 5 years surviving rate of thyroid carcinoma after operation were 99.0%, 96.5% and 92.6%.

结果 单侧腺叶，峡部切除64例；单侧腺叶，峡部加同侧颈淋巴结清除术43例；单侧腺叶，峡部，对侧腺叶次全切143例；单侧腺叶，峡部，对侧腺叶次全切加同侧颈淋巴结清除术163例；双侧甲状腺全切术加一侧颈淋巴结清扫术46例；局部姑息性切除术28例。

Results It showed that the prolabium of complete BCL had no muscle, there were only weblike collagen fibers of bundles of them, capillaries, fats and fats and fiber－blasts. There were muscle fibers in prolabium and bridges of incomplete BCL,but ultra structure variations were found. The prolabium of complete BCL operated on with straight line suture method had muscle fibers proliferated from the lateral lips, but the fibers were sparse and also had ultra structure variations.

结果 发现完全性双侧唇裂的前唇部无肌纤维，双侧不完全性唇裂的前唇及桥部有少量肌纤维，但其超微结构有变异；用直线缝合法修复的完全性双侧唇裂的前唇部，有从侧唇增生的肌纤维，但稀少，超微结构亦有变异。

Methods To tind the four kinds of methods that deal with the bare wound area on the skin flap pedicle,by reviewing operative methods that hand's skin imperfect is repaired by distant smaller random pattern skin flap（No including nearer fingers skin flap）in the treatment process of hand's injury in the author's hand surgery in the nearer three years,the four kinds of methods are:the pedicle is swed up to tube;Accepted wound skin edge nearly the pedicle and supplying wound skin edge are sewed up;Theskin flap's pedicle injury area is bared,and then bind up by Vaseline gauze;The fourth method is replanting free skin on the pedicle's injury area.

笔者复习了在手外科近3年来，在手外伤患者治疗过程中，应用远位（如胸腹、鱼际侧或另一肢体）微小随意带蒂皮瓣（是指皮瓣宽度在2.0cm以内的小皮瓣）修复手指部皮肤缺损的手术方法，发现在处理皮瓣蒂部处裸露创面上存在着4种不同的方法，这4种方法分别是：将蒂部缝合成管状，将受区蒂部侧皮缘与供区伤口缝合，将皮瓣蒂部创面裸露，用凡士林纱布包扎，第4种方法是在皮瓣蒂部创面上移值游离皮片。

Methods 30 cases of nasal soft tissue de fects were reconstructed by different kinds of local flaps according to modified Burget′s nasal subunit. The Rintala flaps were used above the lowest level of low eyelids; at the area between low eyelids and the alar groove, the dorsal def ects were covered by ax-like local flaps and defects on side wall were reconstru cted by flaps rotated from the contralateral wall covered by skin graft; when it was below the highest level of alar groove, nasolabial flaps with subdermal ped ical were applied to nasal tip defection, and nasolabial local flaps to alar def ects, axial nasodorsum flaps supplied by the lateral nasal artery to defects inv olving columellae.

结合Burget鼻部美学分区，将其再分为三个区域，根据分区选用局部或邻位皮瓣修复鼻部各区软组织缺损30例(鼻根部以Rintala鼻额部局部皮瓣推进3例；鼻中段的鼻背部行双侧斧状局部皮瓣旋转3例；鼻侧壁行对侧壁局部皮瓣转移，供区植皮4例；鼻端部以鼻唇沟皮下蒂岛状瓣转移修复鼻尖部7例；鼻唇沟局部皮瓣旋转修复鼻翼部7例；鼻背轴型皮瓣旋转修复鼻小柱6例)。

Results The anterior bundle of ulnar collateral ligament originates from the inferior aspect of the medial epicondyle and inserts immediately adjacent to the joint surface on the ulna near the sublimis tubercle. The posterior bundle originates from the medial epicondyle slightly posterior to its most inferior portion and inserts broadly on the olecranon process. The lateral collateral ligament arises from the inferior aspect of the lateral epicondyle. Two types of conjoined lateral collateral and annular ligamentous insertions on the ulna were observed. Type Ⅰ(61.2％) was bilobate and type Ⅱ(38.8％) was a single broad conjoined type with insertion on the ulna. The anterior band of anterior bundle was more tighten than the posterior band as the elbow flexed less than 60°. When the elbow flexed over 60°, the two parts of anterior bundle were equally tightened. The posterior bundle was tightened as the elbow was flexed more than 90°. The lateral collateral ligament was tightened gradually as the elbow moved in flexion.

结果(1)尺侧副韧带前束起于肱骨内上髁的前下方，止于尺骨冠突内侧的小结节；后束起于肱骨内上髁的内下方，止于尺骨鹰嘴内侧的骨面；(2)桡侧副韧带起于肱骨外上髁的外下方，其纤维部分止于环状韧带，部分止于尺骨冠突的外下方；桡侧副韧带和桡骨环状韧带在尺骨上的止点有两种类型：Ⅰ型占61.2％，桡侧副韧带的部分纤维汇于环状韧带的尺骨止点，另一部分纤维单独止于稍远的尺骨上；Ⅱ型占38.8％，桡侧副韧带和环状韧带形成一宽的纤维止于尺骨上；(3)在肘关节屈曲60°以前，尺侧副韧带前束的外侧部紧张而内侧部较松弛，肘关节屈曲超过60°后，前束内外侧处于同程度的紧张状态；尺侧副韧带的后束在肘关节屈曲超过90°后才被拉紧；(4)桡侧副韧带在肘关节不同屈曲状态时其紧张度逐渐增加，当肘关节屈曲超过90°时，桡侧副韧带被明显拉长。
