修勤目的：为积累资料和探讨国人股骨髁的性别差异，方法：随机对 33～76 岁 194 例健康人(男 138，女 56)拍摄膝部正侧位 X 线片；在正位片上测量了上髁宽和内、外侧髁宽，在侧位片上测量了内、外侧髁长和高。

Methods The gastral wedge of a relatively small width was rotated to the middle of the posterior wall of gastral wedge,the gastroduodenal anastomosis is approximated in Billroth Ⅰ method.175 consecutive patients were treated in this method.Results Less postoperative complications were recorded.

The mean thickness of the head was 1.4 cm and those of the body and tail were 0.78 cm or 1.5 cm respectively. The images of 18 patients shew the nodular changes of the tailes. Methods analyzed the 60 cases of patients whom were conducted salpingography with tubal patent test apparatus by liquid instillation.results in 60 cases, both oviduct get through in 42 cases , account for 70%;one oviduct incompletely get through in 6 cases, account for 10%;both oviduct were blocked in 12 cases, account for 20%.among them ,2 cases of hydrosalpinx ,4 cases of ampulla of uterine tube obstruction,6 cases of scarcity in one side oviduct,10 cases of absence of develop in interstitial portion of the tube.
