For ALIF, this ranged from 0.8 (complete, 100% fusion) to 3.3 (solid fusion of the posterior 25% disc space). For PLIF, the numbers were more varied, ranging from 0.7 (complete, 100% fusion) to 6.9 (solid fusion of posterior 25% disc space with bilateral facetectomy). For intertransverse process fusion, the least motion was with a solid bilateral fusion, with medial healing to the pars (2.0); the greatest motion was found with a solid unilateral fusion without medial healing (6.0). Interspinous process fusion allowed only 1.9 of motion.

前路椎间融合，范围是0.8度（完全、100%融合）到3.3度（后方椎间隙25%的稳定融合）；后路椎间融合范围较大，是0.7度（完全、100%融合）到6.9度（伴有双侧峡部近内侧融合的后方椎间隙25%的稳定融合）；横突间植骨融合，最小值2.0度是双侧偏内侧稳定融合，最大值6.0度是单侧且不偏向内侧融合；椎板棘突间植骨融合只出现1.9度的活动度。

The sensitivity and specificity of far-infrared thermography in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation were evaluated. Compared with the normal, the thermogram of twenty-three cases on low back with LDH changed. They can be divided into four thermal patterns that is shuttle-liking (8 cases), discontinued in the middle line (6 cases), large regional (5 cases) and nonregular (4 cases) pattern. The temperature of abnormal sides is lower than the counterpart in most cases (nineteen of twenty-three). The thermography diagnosed LDH with sensitivity 90.48% and specificity 66.68%.

结果 F-IRT显示：23例LDH患者腰骶部热形态改变为四种形式：梭形，热区向一侧偏歪或呈角状突起（8例）；夸中线热区不连贯（6例）；骶髂骨上缘呈大片高温热区（5例）；不规则形态（4例），患侧下肢较相对应的对侧胶体的温度，至少有一个患侧部位出现温度下降的有19例(82.61%)，综合CT与F-IRT结果分析：F-IRT诊断腰椎间盘侧后突的灵敏度为90.48%，特异度为66.68%。

Results :The deep formal vein,formed by the perforating venous trunk and tributaries of gracilis muscle,converged into the femoral vein 8.6±0.9 cm below the midpoint of inguinal ligament.Its truck was 2.6±0.5 cm long and 6.9±1.1 mm in diameter.In 29 cases,there was 1 valve proximal to the abouchement of the first perforating vein.The deep femoral vein collected the venous blood of the thigh and the knee,the superficial venous blood of the shank.

结果：股深静脉由穿静脉主干及股薄肌支汇合而成，汇入股静脉处位于腹股沟韧带中点下8.6±0.9 cm，主干长2.6±0.5 cm，外径6.9±1.1 mm，29侧各有一个瓣膜位于第一穿静脉汇入处近侧，股深静脉通过其属支收集大腿外侧、后侧、内侧深部及浅静脉回流，并收集膝部深、浅静脉及小腿浅静脉回流。

In conclusion, during the different periods after surgery, the stress distribution of bilateral condyloid processes are dissymmetrical obviously: the stress of affected condyloid process become largen more obviously than that of unaffected one, and it is the most possible in the sixth month after surgery that TMD would befallen.

本实验结论：在本实验条件下，下颌骨体部缺损游离髂骨块移植三种连接方式不同时期，双侧髁突表面应力分布不对称：患侧髁突前后斜面压拉应力明显增高且高于健侧，其中以术后6月时最明显。

Results: The thickness of intertransverse ligament was about 0.60~1.39mm.

结果：横突间韧带厚度0.60~1.39mm；L(下标 3-5)节段动脉前支及伴行静脉90%以上位于相邻横突间韧带腹侧上1/2处，横突间韧带背侧中1/3处有一恒定节段动脉分支；腰神经前支与矢状面夹角18.90°~39.20°，下位横突的副突处距前方走行腰神经前支距离为5.63~8.05mm，椎弓峡部侧缘至腰神经前支的距离为1.73~3.64mm。
