At 12 days after modeling, 8 μL serum-free BMSC suspension modified by Ad-BDNF gene was infused into 1.6 mm posterior to the anterior fontanel, 1.5 mm from lateral side and 4.0 mm from ventricle side in the injured lateral ventricle of rat models in the modified group.

After every 60μl of 30% HRP were injected into abdominal section of the esophagus of 20 rats respectively,the labelled neurons were found bilaterally within nodose ganglions of vagus nerve,dorsal root ganglia(T9～L3),thoracic sympathetic ganglions and coeliac ganglion .

Barrington's nucleus that located in the pontine dorsolateral tegmentum is an important site for controlling voiding in the mammalian brain and is often referred to as pontine micturition center. Barrington's nucleus sends direct projection fibers to the sacral parasympathetic nucleus in which parasympathetic preganglionic neurons innervating detrusor muscles of the bladder are distributed. Electron or chemical stimulation of Barrington's nucleus clicits bladder contraction and increases discharges of bladder postganglionic nerve. Conversely, lesion of the nucleus results in a permanent inability to empty the bladder. On the other hand, an area located just ventral to Barrington's nucleu has been reported to send projection fibers to the ventrolateral group of Onuf's nucleus in the caudal lumbar cord segments; the vetrolateral group of Onuf's nucleus is mainly composed of pudendal motor neurons innervating the external urethral sphincter muscle.

Results: The thickness of intertransverse ligament was about 0.60~1.39mm.

结果：横突间韧带厚度0.60~1.39mm；L(下标 3-5)节段动脉前支及伴行静脉90%以上位于相邻横突间韧带腹侧上1/2处，横突间韧带背侧中1/3处有一恒定节段动脉分支；腰神经前支与矢状面夹角18.90°~39.20°，下位横突的副突处距前方走行腰神经前支距离为5.63~8.05mm，椎弓峡部侧缘至腰神经前支的距离为1.73~3.64mm。

The mean patient age was 58 years (range, 32 to 85 y). Abdominal enlargement and pain were the usual complaints. Treatment was known in 14 patients: 10 had hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, which was accompanied by omentectomy in 7; and 4 had only unilateral or bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, 1 with omentectomy.

Single proton emission computer tomography and X-Ray film were taken to observe the allocation of the drugs.Results (1) Pelvic and periaortic nodal 5-FU concentrations of RP were 60～106 and 76～119 times of that of IP respectively.(2) The nodal 5-FU concentrations on repeated injection side were 16～20 times of that on control sides of RP.(3) There was no complications or adverse effect observed.(4) 5-FU was allocated to the space including the external iliac, internal iliac, obturator, deep inguinal and common iliac lymph nodes and also up to the periaortic lymph nodes.

结果 (1)腹主动脉旁淋巴结5-FU浓度，腹膜后化疗是腹腔化疗的76～119倍；盆腔淋巴结5-FU的浓度，腹膜后化疗是腹腔化疗的66～106倍；(2)腹膜后化疗重复注药，注药侧5-FU浓度为未注药侧的16～20倍；(3)腹膜后化疗与腹腔化疗均无明显的毒副作用；(4)经盆腔腹膜外间隙给药，药物能从盆腔上行至腹主动脉旁淋巴结及其周围。

The marginal division was a flat fan-shaped structure with a volume of (0.48±0.02) mm3, a maximum rostral-caudate axis of 1.6 mm, a maximum dorsal-ventral axis of 2.158 mm, and a widest axis (the diameter at lateral-medial coronal brain section) of 0.17 mm. The marginal division also moved progressively externally from the rostral section to the caudate section, but its scope was larger than that of others. The whole marginal division changed evenly from the rostral section to the caudate one. Its flat structure widened progressively and its dorsal-ventral diameter narrowed gradually and became plate-shaped.

边缘区呈现一个片状扇形结构，体积为(0.48±0.02) mm3，最大嘴尾径为1.6 mm，最大背腹径为2.158 mm，最大内外径为0.17 mm；同尾壳核和苍白球一样从嘴侧到尾侧随着脑平面的增宽边缘区亦逐渐向外侧移位，其移位的幅度亦明显大于脑平面增宽的幅度；整个边缘区从嘴侧到尾侧呈均匀变化，其片状逐渐变宽，长度逐渐变小，从而形成一个盘状结构。
