Methods To improve the technique on the base of traditional way,52 patients with redundant prepuce underwent operations of degloving circumcision from the base of penis,cut off the extra redundant foreskin of the base of penis,and pay attention to protect the veins under foreskin at the back of penis and foreskin frenulum,thus achieve the goal of curing theredundant prepuce.

在传统术式的基础上进行改良，对52例包皮过长患者采用阴茎根部脱袖状环切术，切除多余的阴茎根部皮肤，保护阴茎背侧静脉及包皮系带，根治包皮过长。
