Objective To introduce a revised method,which was used to repair skin and soft tissue defect in the hands with antidromic dorsal interosseous artery island flap in emergency treatment.

目的 报道应用改进后的骨间背侧动脉逆行岛状皮瓣在急诊中修复手部创面的临床效果。

The revisement of antidromic dorsal interosseous artery island flap could increase vein reflux,improve rate of success.This flap is an ideal therapy to treat hand soft tissue defect.
