The aim of this radiographic study was to visualize the femoral insertion sites of the anteromedial and posterolateral bundle of the anterior cruciate ligament on lateral radiographs in different angles of knee flexion to gain better understanding for arthroscopic femoral tunnel placement in ACL double bundle reconstruction.

此摄片研究的目的是从侧位 X 线片上评价在膝关节不同屈曲角度的情况下前交叉韧带的前内束和后外束的股骨附着点的情况。

Abstract］ Objective: To determine whether anteroposterior and lateral views of the knee are equivalent to the four views in acute fracture detection.

Atmospherical plasma jet carries to the surface modification of tungsten oxide nanorod. N2 was more significant than that of Ar plasma for surface modification, and the test piece is somewhat part of the surface nano-rods box integration with the formation of small particle side of the box there is scheduling a clear rod-like.

本研究应用常压低温电浆设备对氧化钨奈米棒进行表面处理，其改质结果显示使用电浆气（O2）下，在一样的高度距离下随了处理次数的增多，试片表面随之融合一起有形成小颗粒的趋势，且在一样的次数下随了距离高度越高其形成小颗粒的趋势越低；在使用电浆气体为N2与Ar下，电浆气体N2比Ar有较大幅度的电浆表面处理，且试片表面有些许部分奈米棒融合一起形成小方块颗粒其方块颗粒侧边有明显的棒状排立。

Result 20 cases of normal photographs showed that media orbit wall shape and thickness were irregular,media orbit wall was closely related to media rectus muscle in anatomy,structural relationship in orbit was obvious,and the vertical distance between external orbit rim and cornea top was ocular protrusile degress.8 cases of abnormal photographs showed some features including high myopia in 4 cases,eye injury in 3 cases,and media orbit wall deformity in one case .

结果 20例正常CT片显示眶内侧壁形态和厚度不规则，在解剖上眶内侧壁和内直肌密切相关，眶内结构关系明显，2侧眶外缘和角膜顶点垂直距离为眼球突度。8例异常CT片显示特征包括高度近视4例，眼外伤3例，眶内侧壁畸形1例。
