Methods. Eleven patients (six men, five woman; mean age 72.8±6.3 years) presenting with refractory neck pain and progressive multilevel cervical radiculopathy and/or myelopathy due to cervical spondylosis with spinal canal and neural foraminal stenosis underwent multilevel laminectomy, foraminotomy, and subsequent instrumented posterior fusion via bilateral or unilateral percutaneous muscle dilation approaches.

11例患者，男6例，女5例，平均年龄72.8±6.3岁，表现为顽固性颈痛，进行性的颈椎神经根和脊髓压迫症状，椎管和椎间孔狭窄，通过双侧或单侧经皮肌肉扩张法，对这些病人进行多节段椎板、椎间孔减压，后路融合固定。

Methods Twenty-two pieces of temporal bone were taken for this study. The mastoid cavity was opened, scutum removed,"bridge" broken down, posterior wall of external auditory canal abraded and the related anatomic structures were fully exposed. The distance between the origin of facial nerve canal and the anterior border of round window （ OOFNC-ABORW ）, between the highest point of the facial nerve canal and the bottom of posterior mastoid sinus,and between the stapes head and round window niche was measured under operating microscope.

方法取成人颞骨22侧（左右各11侧），用耳科钻磨开乳突腔，去上鼓室盾板、断"桥"，磨低骨性外耳道后壁，充分暴露相关结构，在手术显微镜下测量面神经管垂直段起始部前缘至圆窗龛前缘的距离、面神经管最高点与后鼓室底壁之间的距离、锥隆起的高度（即锥隆起基底到锥隆起顶端的距离）、镫骨头至圆窗龛前缘的距离。

Results The number of synaptic terminals from primary afferent fibers in spinal lamina Ⅱ in morphine dependent group was significantly more than that in control group,among which the number of synaptic terminals from unmyelinated afferent fibers increased 61%.

结果发现，手术侧备用根初级传入纤维在脊髓后角Ⅱ板层内的侧支出芽和突触重建明显加快，起到代偿因切除大部分背根造成靶神经元在结构上和功能上去神经支配的作用［2］。

The PRL-like cells were also presented in the ventral ependyma of the lateral ventricle and the glial lamina in the basal surface of the brain. The processes of PRL-LIR cells in PPN, SCN, PVN and PAN mainly projected to the third ventricle, those in AN and ELV mainly projected to the lateral ventricle, and those in SON to the glial lamina in the basal surface of the brain. The results showed that PRL could be released into ventricularis system and participate in the regulation of the cerebrum-cerebrospinal fluid circuit.

视前室旁核、视交叉上核、下丘脑室旁核、弓状核等核团内的PRL阳性神经元有突起向第三脑室投射，伏隔核内及侧脑室室管膜上的PRL阳性神经元有突起伸至侧脑室，视上核的PRL阳性神经元也有突起投射至脑基底神经胶质板，表明鸡脑内的PRL可以释放入脑室系统，参与调节脑-脑脊液神经体液回路。

BrdU labeling indicated that the positive cells in the lateral ganglionic eminence migrated in a similar way to those in control group 6 h following Xray irradiation, the positive cells were observed to be around the cystic cavities in cortexstriatum 2 days later and migrated to the ventral cortical plate 4 days later.

BrdU标识显示腹侧端脑的外侧节隆起的神经细胞移动类似于正常对照组，2 d后阳性细胞分布在皮质纹状体区形成的空洞周围，4 d后移动到腹侧皮质板。
