Objective: We developed a method of experimental scoliosis in rabbits in order to observe the effect of scoliosis on distribution of muscular fiber type s in paravertebral muscles.

目的：通过脊柱侧弯动物模型，观察脊柱侧弯对椎旁肌肌纤维型分布的影响，探讨肌纤维型分布不对称现象的原因。

The cytoarchitectonic organization ofprojections to the insular cortex and the amygdala from the parvicellular ventroposterior nucleus of the thalamus andtheparabrachial nucleus in the rat was investigated by means of horseradish peroxidase -tracing technigue; The relationship of origins of afferents to the insular cortex and the amygdala from the PBN was studied by using the retrograde transport of two fluorescent tracers; Thesynaptic connections of axonal terminals with the neuronsof the PBN were observed by means of electron microscopy.

GI主要位于岛皮质的尾侧部，DI和AI主要位于首侧部；VPpc是位于丘脑腹后核和内侧丘系之间的带状区，所含细胞较小(平均14u)，其内侧部称为腹后内侧核小细胞部，其外侧部称为腹后外侧核小细胞部；PBN位于小脑上脚周围，由三部分组成：外侧亚核、内侧亚核和Kollikor-Fuse核，其中，PBl被分为7个区、PBm被分为3-4个区；杏仁核主要由三个细胞群组成：皮质内侧核群、基底外侧核群和中央核，中央核又有内侧部、外侧部和外囊部之分。

Methods 14 teeth with iatrogenic root canal perforation were selected. The root canals were shaped and cleaned, and then obturated with gutta- percha after MTA was used to repair the perforation in the condition with any blood and moisture.

选取医源性因素造成的根管侧壁穿孔患牙14颗，彻底清理根管并预备根管，在止血隔湿的条件下以MTA 即刻修补根管侧壁穿孔。

Root canals of the experimental group were filled with gutta percha point plus Cortisomol paste in lateral pressure way.Root canals of the control group were filled with gutta percha point plus Zinc Oxide-engenol paste in lateral pressure way.

实验组用Cortisomol糊剂加牙胶尖侧压根管充填，对照组用氧化锌糊剂加牙胶尖侧压根管充填。

Single proton emission computer tomography and X-Ray film were taken to observe the allocation of the drugs.Results (1) Pelvic and periaortic nodal 5-FU concentrations of RP were 60～106 and 76～119 times of that of IP respectively.(2) The nodal 5-FU concentrations on repeated injection side were 16～20 times of that on control sides of RP.(3) There was no complications or adverse effect observed.(4) 5-FU was allocated to the space including the external iliac, internal iliac, obturator, deep inguinal and common iliac lymph nodes and also up to the periaortic lymph nodes.

结果 (1)腹主动脉旁淋巴结5-FU浓度，腹膜后化疗是腹腔化疗的76～119倍；盆腔淋巴结5-FU的浓度，腹膜后化疗是腹腔化疗的66～106倍；(2)腹膜后化疗重复注药，注药侧5-FU浓度为未注药侧的16～20倍；(3)腹膜后化疗与腹腔化疗均无明显的毒副作用；(4)经盆腔腹膜外间隙给药，药物能从盆腔上行至腹主动脉旁淋巴结及其周围。

Method］twenty six wistar rats were divided into two groups, with 13 in each group, peroneal nerve was transacted on the right side of all the animals, in one group, the proximal end of peroneal nerve was turned back and ligated, the distal end was sutured to the side of tibial nerve with perineurial window, in another group,both ends of the transacted peroneal nerve were turned back and ligated as contrast, no operation was done on the left side.

方法］wistar大白鼠26只，随机分实验组和对照组，每组13只，实验组右侧腓总神经切断后，近端反转结扎，远端与胫神经外膜开窗处行端侧吻合，对照组右侧腓总神经切断后，两端均反转结扎，两组动物左侧作正常对照，不作处理。术后3个月，行双侧腓总神经、胫前肌组织学检查，胫前肌湿重测定，运动终板检查。

RESULTS: Localised peripapillary detachments did not cause any symptoms by themselves and all the lesions were recognized because of other ocular problems.

结果：视盘周围视网膜脱离不是任何患者就诊检查的原因，视力减退或矫正视力低的原因是相对严重的近视性视网膜脉络膜萎缩、CNV、黄斑前膜形成和弱视。5只患眼表现为1型后巩膜葡萄肿，其视盘周围视网膜脱离均位于视盘的鼻侧半，而另5只患眼表现为3型或2型葡萄肿，其视盘周围视网膜脱离均位于视盘的非鼻侧半，统计学上存在差异（P=0.01）。

Objective: Investigate the Treatment of volar lip fracture of middle phalangeal base with dorsal dislocation of proximal interphalangeal joint and evaluate the treatment effectiveness.

目的：探讨中节指骨基底掌侧撕脱骨折伴近指间关节背侧脱位的治疗方法并评价其临床疗效。

Methods 27 patients used abdominal random flap, cross finger flap, island flap from the dorsal of index finger, neurovascular island flap from the radialis of thumb and phalangeal pulp flap to repair.

对27例拇指指腹缺损的患者，分别采用腹部任意皮瓣、邻指皮瓣、示指背侧岛状皮瓣、拇指桡侧指动脉岛状瓣及趾腹皮瓣等5种不同方法进行修复。

Treatment effectiveness was satisfactory regardless of the application of conservative or operative treatment for volar lip fracture of middle phalangeal base with dorsal dislocation of proximal interphalangeal joint, the key of therapy is anatomic reduction, and rehabilitation exercises actively postoperation.

无论保守或手术治疗中节指骨基底掌侧撕脱骨折伴近指间关节背侧脱位，解剖复位是治疗的关键，术后积极进行康复锻炼，效果满意。
