Compared to healthy controls, GTCS presented decreased gray matter volume in the bilateral thalamus, frontal lobe, insula and cerebellum regions. There were no regions showing significant increased gray matter volume. Correlation analysis revealed that bilateral thalamic, left medial frontal gyrus, left middle frontal gyrus and left precentral gyrus GMV had negative correlations with the frequecy of epilepsy.

通过GTCS患者组与正常对照组的比较，发现GTCS患者的双侧丘脑、双侧额叶、双侧岛叶、双侧小脑等区域的灰质体积有比较明显的减小，但没发现有意义的灰质体积增高的区域；患者双侧丘脑、左侧中央前回、左侧额内侧回、左侧额中回和其发病频率呈负相关，没有正相关的区域。

The purpose of this article: to study the force-testing method of the side-kick in free-fighting, and develop the new field of three dimensional force-testing according to many experiments by means of three-dimensional force plate; to discover the kinematics rules and characteristics of the side-kick in free-fighting through the experimental study on the side-kick's biomechanics and kinematics characteristics of 18 excellent free-fighting athletics coming from Shandong Province, which will provide reliable kinematics indexes and parameters for diagnosing and improving the motion skills of free-fighting side kick,and for free-fighting teaching and training, further systemize and scientize the theory research of free-fighting motion.

研究目的：运用生物力学的研究方法，通过KISTLER 三维测力平台测力的实验，研究了散打侧踹腿动作的力量测试方法，开拓了散打侧踹腿动作三维力学测试的新领域；通过对山东省18 名一线优秀散打运动员侧踹腿动作力学特征和运动学特征的研究，揭示了散打侧踹腿动作的运动规律和特征，为诊断、改进和提高侧踹腿动作的技术以及散打教学和训练提供可靠的运动学指标和参数，使散打运动的理论研究进一步系统化、科学化。

Results: The endoscopic system was slid through the incision and into the subpectoral space after the initial blind dissection in endoscopic-assisted group, and there were problems in 29 breasts of 22 patients (active bleeding in 28 breasts, residual fiber-bands in 25 breasts, hematoma in 13 breasts ), and were dealt with(hemostasis via endoscope, cutting off fiber-bands, clearing hematoma); there was no problem to be dealt with via endoscope, and in other 14 breasts.

两组略做比较，详细描述镜下所见及操作方法。结果内镜组盲剥后导入内镜系统，发现有29侧（分属全部22例患者）存在问题（活动性出血28侧，残余条索25侧，凝血块堆积13侧），进行了相应处理（内镜下止血、切断条索、清除血肿）；其余14侧未发现任何需要内镜下处理的问题。

The talar tilt angel and anterior translation of talus were measured. Results The average TT and Alt of suffered ankles are 9.1 and 7.8mm,while the values of the opposite ankles are 5.4 and 5.4mm, the comparison group are 4.9 and 6.1mm.

结果 患侧AIT平均7.8mm，TT平均9.1°，而健侧分别为5.4mm及5.4°，对照组为6.1mm及4.9°，患侧与健侧及对照组比较均有显著性差异(P.01)，健侧与对照组比较差异无显著性。

对49例先天性单侧唇裂应用改良的Millard法修复：改良Ⅰ式不在患侧鼻孔下方作切口，减少了瘢痕形成；利用患侧干燥红唇组织重建健侧唇弓部分的红唇欠缺；利用小瓣&L&、&M&连同唇颊黏膜瓣来参与闭合梨状缘附近的伤口促进愈合；松解患侧鼻翼外侧脚及鼻腔内作松弛切口重建前鼻孔；灵活掌握&5～x&的返切和&C&瓣的旋转推进方向来延长唇高。

During operation, an intranasal and marginal combining incision was made to expl ore the alar cartilages and to from a mucosal-cartilage flap in the nasal vest ibule. After the deformity of septal cartilage and the abnormalities of the alar base on the cleft side were repaired, the total alar cartilage was repositioned and rotated with suspension and V-Y advancement to correct the nasal deformiti es. Results Since 1993, a total of 92 cases were treated by the above p rocedure and satisfactory results were obtained.

Analysis indicates that there is little difference in the displacement of tunnel and well control of stratum displacement by both methods. Plastic zone develops more obviously above the tunnel side by CRD method and is larger by CRD method than by dual sidewall guide pit method. It is comparatively obvious that the plasticity district develops in the side direction of the tunnel by dual sidewall guide pit method and the leading influence distance is also longer than that by CRD method. The development speed of plasticity district is comparatively fast in the range of the leading 3~6 m in CRD tunnel and 0~3 m in sidewall guide pit tunnel. There are different advantages by both methods for passing through sand layer.

结果表明，采用这2种工法时引起的隧道变形相差不是很大，都能较好地控制地层的变形；采用CRD法时产生的塑性区较双侧壁法大，且向隧道侧上方发展较为明显；采用双侧壁法时产生的塑性区在隧道侧向发展较为明显，超前影响的距离也大于CRD法；采用CRD法时的塑性区在超前3~6m的范围内发展速度较快；采用双侧壁法时的塑性区在超前0~3 m的范围内发展速度较快；对于隧道穿越砂层而言，2种工法各有优势。

In addition, the hip joint moment of unhealthy limbs in frontal plane was 0.12 N-m/kg higher than healthy limbs. At swing phase, knee joint flexion was 7 degrees higher than the unhealthy side and 3 degrees adduction in frontal plane.
