Result: All the patients were treated percutaneous reduction and obtained good resuld except one patient who needs another small incision to help reduction and bone graft. The preoperative X ray film showed that the B hler angle was 12.6°, Gissane angle was 75°. The postoperative X ray film demonstrated that B hler angle was 38.5°, Gissane angle was 114.5°.

结果： 14侧手术顺利，达到或接近解剖复位，1侧由于中间骨折块未能达到复位要求，辅助小切口复位骨折块。14侧B hler角由术前12.6°增加到38.5°，Gissane角由术前的75°增加到术后的114.5°，手术前、后差异有统计学意义（P.01）。

Methods: The nose, nasal septum, sphenopalatine artery, anterior region of the aperture of sphenoidal sinus, sphenopalatine artery and adjacent structures of hypophysial fossa were dissected, observed, measured and photographed in different operational angle under the operation microscope by use 15 adult cadaveric heads and 20 adult cranial bones.

结果：横突间韧带厚度0.60~1.39mm；L(下标 3-5)节段动脉前支及伴行静脉90%以上位于相邻横突间韧带腹侧上1/2处，横突间韧带背侧中1/3处有一恒定节段动脉分支；腰神经前支与矢状面夹角18.90°~39.20°，下位横突的副突处距前方走行腰神经前支距离为5.63~8.05mm，椎弓峡部侧缘至腰神经前支的距离为1.73~3.64mm。

Intravertebral clefts were observed in none of 11 cases on sitting and flexion positions, in 4 of 11 (36%) on extension, and 11of 11 (100%) on supine and prone positions.

The amount of fluid in anterior recess showed a positive correlation with age (p .05). No fluid was detected in the asymptomatic and normal hips (2mm). The mean maximum width of inferomedial recess was significantly larger than that of anterior recess (12.50±4.04mm vs.4.35±0.8mm, p 0.05) in the symptomatic hip joints. The echogenic entrapped labral plicaes were demonstrated in the inferomedial recess in all of 21 children with LPEH, whose length and width ranged from 5.3mm-25.0mm (mean,15.6±5.6mm) and from 4.0mm-17.0mm (mean,8.9±7.8mm).

结果1，尸体LPEH髋关节模型的超声诊断敏感性、特异性分别为88％、84％，阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为79％、91％。2，21例患儿的LPEH患髋(21侧)、健髋(21侧)，以及21例正常儿童健髋(42侧)的超声检查显示：髋关节周围软组织及股骨头无形态结构差别；股骨头软骨厚度无统计学差异(3.5±0.5mm vs.3.6±0.4mm vs.3.6±0.5mm，p＞0.05)；关节囊前层及后层厚度无统计学差异(前层厚度2.79±0.74 mm vs.2.56±0.40mm vs.2.56±0.72mm；后层厚度2.70±0.82mm vs.2.48±0.54mm vs.2.44±0.58mm，p＞0.05)，但LPEH患髋关节囊前、后层均较后二组有增厚趋势。3，LPEH患髋均存在关节腔内积液，且早期较为清晰；积液以髋关节内下间隙明显，内下间隙较前间隙明显增宽(12.50±4.04mm vs.4.35±0.8mm，p＜0.05)，其内见嵌顿滑膜唇皱襞呈稍强回声的占位性团块，长约15.6±5.6mm，宽约8.9±7.8mm，90.5％(19／21)嵌顿皱襞内未见血流信号。4，所有LPEH患髋治疗后超声复诊均显示正常。

MSCTA showed stenosis and obstruction of internal carotid artery, anterior cerebral artery and middle cerebral artery, including thirteen cases with bilateral and 6 cases with single lateral. There appeared abnormal vessels looked like smog on cerebral bottom. More than one branches of collateral artery could be seen in most of them. Sacculated aneurysm of lenticulostriate artery was shown in one patient. Five patients who were performed both MSCTA and DSA displayed similar above-mentioned vascular lesions.

MSCTA均清晰显示不同程度颈内动脉虹吸段、大脑前动脉及大脑中动脉起始段狭窄、闭塞，双侧病变者13例（68.4%），单侧病变者6例（31.6%）；脑底部见纤细迂曲的&烟雾&状异常血管网；大多可显示1支以上侧支动脉；1例显示右侧豆纹动脉囊状动脉瘤。5例同时行MSCTA与DSA者，均很好显示了上述血管病变。
