ObjectiveTo observe the influence on IgE、 EOS、 IL-5、 IL-12 and clinical effect of ChuanFuLingTieJi by applying on the points (Dazhui 、 Dingchuan、 Feishu、 Pishu 、 Shenshu) of children patients with asthma,and compare with the ChuanFuLing-paste, researching the mecharism of CFLTJ and providing theoretical basis for feasibility of CFL form improvement and prevention and treatment of asthma.

通过观察中药喘敷灵贴剂三伏穴位(大椎、双侧定喘、双侧肺俞、双侧脾俞、双侧肾俞)敷贴对缓解期哮喘患儿临床症状、非特异性免疫球蛋白E、嗜酸性粒细胞、白细胞介素5(IL-5)、白细胞介素12(IL-12)的影响，并与疗效确切的喘敷灵传统剂型比较，探讨中药喘敷灵贴剂穴位敷贴防治缓解期小儿哮喘的临床疗效及其可能的作用机理，从而为中药喘敷灵剂型改良的可行性及其临床推广应用提供依据。

Results It showed that the prolabium of complete BCL had no muscle, there were only weblike collagen fibers of bundles of them, capillaries, fats and fats and fiber－blasts. There were muscle fibers in prolabium and bridges of incomplete BCL,but ultra structure variations were found. The prolabium of complete BCL operated on with straight line suture method had muscle fibers proliferated from the lateral lips, but the fibers were sparse and also had ultra structure variations.

结果 发现完全性双侧唇裂的前唇部无肌纤维，双侧不完全性唇裂的前唇及桥部有少量肌纤维，但其超微结构有变异；用直线缝合法修复的完全性双侧唇裂的前唇部，有从侧唇增生的肌纤维，但稀少，超微结构亦有变异。

Results The computational results of force and pressure transmission through normal carpus matched well with previous studies. The release of TCL resulted in radial and palmar displacement of the scaphoid, flexion and radial rotation of radiocarpal joint as well as a further radial deviation of the whole carpal tunnel.
