Article 32 In case anyone forges, falsely uses or embezzles electronic signature of others and commits a crime, he shall be subject to criminal liability according to law.

Article 27 Member of the People's Bank of China, the public security organ or the administrative organ for industry and commerce who neglects his duty of office, abuses his power or commits illegalities for personal interests or by fraudulent means shall be investigated for criminal liabilities according to law if a crime is constituted; or be given administrative sanctions according to law if a crime is not constituted

Article 30 Any staff member of the competent administrative department of environmental protection who commits illegalities for personal gains or by fraudulent means, abuses one's power or neglects one's duties shall, if a crime is constituted, be investigated for criminal liability according to law; if not constituting a crime, administrative sanctions shall be imposed according to law

Article 47 Functionaries in financial departments and relevant administrative departments who abuse their powers, neglect their duties, commit illegalities for personal interests or by fraudulent means, or disclose State secrets or commercial secrets, and therefore constitute crimes, shall be investigated for criminal liabilities in accordance with law; administrative sanctions shall be imposed if no crime is constituted.

第四十七条财政部门及有关行政部门的工作人员在实施监督管理中滥用职权、玩忽职守、徇私舞弊或者泄露国家秘密、商业秘密，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；尚不构成犯罪的，依法给予行政处分。

Article 21 Any staff of stockbreeding and veterinary administrative department neglecting his duty, abusing authority or committing illegalities for personal gains in the process of examination and approval for import, export and foreign cooperative research utilization of livestock or poultry genetic resource shall be given sanctions by law; if a crime is constituted, criminal liabilities shall be investigated under the law.
