Article 48 Whereas a local government or any other administrative organ, public organization or individual coerces PBC and its functionaries into providing loans or guarantee in violation of Article 29 of this law, the person directly in charge and other persons directly responsible shall be subject to administrative punishments in accordance with the law, if the case constitutes a crime, they shall be investigated for criminal responsibilities according to law and shall bear part of or all the liabilities for compensation for any resultant losses.

第四十八条地方政府、各级政府部门、社会团体和个人强令中国人民银行及其工作人员违反本法第二十九条的规定提供贷款或者担保的，对负有直接责任的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依法给予行政处分；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；造成损失的，应当承担部分或者全部赔偿责任。

If the trustee dies or disbands or terminates as a result of being canceled or being declared bankrupt according to law, the trust property shall not be deemed as his heritage or liquidation property.

But if the trustor, as a joint beneficiary, dies or disbands according to law, or is canceled or declared bankrupt according to law, the beneficial right of the trust shall be deemed as his heritage or liquidation property.

但作为共同受益人的委托人死亡或者依法解散、被依法撤销、被宣告破产时，其信托受益权作为其遗产或者清算财产。

Article 52 The trust shall not terminate because the trustor or the trustee dies, loses civil capacity, disbands according to law, or is canceled or declared bankrupt according to law, neither shall the trust terminate because the trustee resigns, unless there are otherwise provisions in this Law or the trust documents.

第五十二条信托不因委托人或者受托人的死亡、丧失民事行为能力、依法解散、被依法撤销或者被宣告破产而终止，也不因受托人的辞任而终止。但本法或者信托文件另有规定的除外。

After the trust is established, if the trustor dies or disbands according to law, or is canceled or declared bankrupt according to law, and if the trustor is the only beneficiary, the trust shall terminate and the trust property shall be deemed as his heritage or liquidation property

Article 50 If any functionary of PBC divulges any state or commercial secret he acquires, which is serious enough to constitute a crime, he shall be prosecuted for criminal liabilities according to law.

第五十条中国人民银行的工作人员泄露国家秘密或者所知悉的商业秘密，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；尚不构成犯罪的，依法给予行政处分。

Article 49 If any staff member of the People's Bank of China divulges State secrets and if the case constitutes a crime, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law; if the case is not serious, he shall be subject to administrative sanction according to law.

第四十九条中国人民银行的工作人员泄露国家秘密，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；情节轻微的，依法给予行政处分。

Article 49 shall be changed into Article 50, which is modified as If any functionary of the PBC divulges any state or commercial secret he acquires, which is serious enough to constitute a crime, he shall be prosecuted for criminal liabilities according to law.

二十三、第四十九条改为第五十条，修改为：&中国人民银行的工作人员泄露国家秘密或者所知悉的商业秘密，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；尚不构成犯罪的，依法给予行政处分。&
