第八十八条用人单位有下列情形之一的，依法给予行政处罚；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；给劳动者造成损害的，应当承担赔偿责任：以暴力、威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动的；违章指挥或者强令冒险作业危及劳动者人身安全的；侮辱、体罚、殴打、非法搜查或者拘禁劳动者的；劳动条件恶劣、环境污染严重，给劳动者身心健康造成严重损害的。

If a Unit:(1) uses violence, intimidation or unlawful restriction of personal freedom to compel a laborer to work;(2) instructs or peremptorily orders a laborer to perform dangerous operations which threaten his personal safety in violation of rules and regulations;(3) insults, corporally punishes, beats, illegally searches or detains a laborer; or (4) causes serious physical or mental injury to laborers due to poor quality working conditions or a seriously polluted working environment then administrative punishment should be imposed.

第八十八条用人单位有下列情形之一的，依法给予行政处罚；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；给劳动者造成损害的，应当承担赔偿责任：以暴力、威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动的；违章指挥或者强令冒险作业危及劳动者人身安全的；侮辱、体罚、殴打、非法搜查或者拘禁劳动者的；劳动条件恶劣、环境污染严重，给劳动者身心健康造成严重损害的。

Article 19 Where the shareholders of a limited liability company or the directors and controlling shareholders of a joint stock company or the actual controllers of a company maliciously dispose of company properties and thus cause losses to any creditors after the company dissolution, or fail to make liquidation and cheat the company registration organ to deregister the legal person by means of a false liquidation report, if any creditors claim that the aforesaid shareholders, directors and controlling shareholders or actual controllers shall assume the corresponding civil liability for the debts of the company, the people' s court shall support the claim.
