North of the Siyang County Canal Area need a new surface water plant.The recent scale of the water plant is100,000 m3/d, and the long-term scale of the water treatment plant is150,000 m3/d..It will join with the first water plant north of the Siyang County Canal Area radiation to the surrounding urban areas, Laian, Baji, Nanliuji, Sanzhuang, Wangji, Zhangjiayu, Chuancheng, Aiyuan,Liren, and other townships. It will ensure the water quality, and put the water quality of projects into practice.

本设计为泗阳县第二水厂的方案与设计，通过对泗阳县运北区总体近期（2010年）和远期（2020）年的需水量预测，需要在泗阳县运北区新建一个地表水厂，近期10万m3/d，远期15万m3/d，与运北区原有的第一水厂向周边辐射城区、来安、八集、南刘集、三庄、王集、张家圩、穿城、爱园里仁等乡镇，确保供水质量，实施优质供水工程。
