All patients accepted uroflowmetry and cystoscopy. 22 cases were treated with transurethral resection of the vesical neck, the others with preserved management.

对27例女性膀胱颈梗阻行尿流动力学检查和膀胱镜检查，对其中22例行经尿道膀胱颈电切术，5例行非手术治疗。

Results in middle of 36 cases, 21 were given percutaneous catheter drainage and 15 were aspirated many times.

结果：36例均在3 d～8 d治愈，平均约5.4 d，无1例并发症。36例中21例行置管引流方法，15例行多次抽吸方法。
