The edgewise technique was used to align and level the upper and lower arches gradually and upright the lower incisors. Then, modified LeFort Ⅰ osteotomy was operated with 4 cases pterygomaxillary disjunction and the other 2 cases not. The maxillas were not moved during the operation and sutured mucoperiosteum at the same place. After 3-5 days latency period, elastic distraction about 700g/side and increasing to 1400g/side gradually, was started with two cases which the maxillas were not cut off totally.

术后经过3—5天的延迟期即开始牵引，2例行不完全截开术者，采用弹性牵引，力量从700g／侧逐渐增加至1500g／侧；4例行完全骨截开术者，首先采用刚性牵引和口外牵引钩，每天缩短牵引钢丝1mm，2例直接达到矫治要求，其余2例达到浅覆盖后，截去口外牵引钩，换弹性牵引和口内牵引钩继续前牵上颌骨。

Methods 39 sacral fractures were retrospectively reviewed.

39例骶骨骨折， 37例行保守治疗，2例行手术治疗。

objective to evaluate the clinical value of early diagnosis and therapy of suspicious ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopy.methods the clinical data of 53 suspicious tubal pregnancy patients were analyzed retrospectively,who had received laparoscopic operation in our hospital from january 2003 to december 2005.results all cases received laparoscopic operation,none was transferred to traditional surgery during the operation.46 cases were diagnosed as tubal pregnancy during the operation with pathologic proof.preoperative diagnosis rate was 86.8%.the salpingecstomy were performed in the 32 cases.the salpingotomy were performed in the 7 cases.conclusion the laparoscopic operation is the best choice in the early diagnosis and therapy of suspicious ectopic pregnancy,and it gain time for conservative therapy.but not too early.

目的 评价可疑异位妊娠患者腹腔镜早期诊治的临床价值。方法收集2003年1月～2005年12月收治的经腹腔镜手术治疗的可疑输卵管妊娠患者53例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 53例手术均经腹腔镜完成，无1例中转，术中诊断输卵管妊娠的46例，术前诊断率86.8%，32例行输卵管切除术，7例行保守性手术。结论腹腔镜手术是早期确诊可疑异位妊娠患者的最佳选择，也为保守性治理赢得时间，但不宜操之过急。

Methods Thirty-six cases suffered from septonasal deviation and with sinusitis or nasal polyps who were treated with ESS plus nasal septum procedure.

Methods: From May 2003 to May 2007, 52 cases of the patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage were treated. Among them,26 cases were treated in the standard large trauma craniotomy plus tentorium incision group and another 26 patients in the minimally invasive surgery group. Prognosis and Mortality were compared between the two groups.

Methods In 19 patients with nonmalignant tracheoesophageal fistulas in intensive care unit, 9 patients accepted PEG tubes inserted by push technique. The remaining 10 patients accepted the insert of self-expandable metallic stents and the stents were extracted 2 months later with the complete mucosal healing confirmed by endoscopy and typical swallow-cough sign.
