Bronchoscopic results showed exudative lesions in 38% of the cases,granulomatous lesions in 9%,cicatricial lesions in 26%, ulcerative lesions in 17%, and normal-like demonstrations in 11%. Positive results were found in 8 out of 50 by sputum acid-fast staining, 73 out of 86 by bronchoscopic brushing smears, and 17 out of 56 by bronchial biopsies.

纤支镜性功能检查示38％的病例有炎症情人浸润型病变，9％有增殖型病变，26％有狭窄闭塞型病变，17％有溃疡型病变，11％大致正常。56例痰涂片行抗酸染色者中8例阳性，86例行纤支镜刷片性功能检查者中73例阳性，56例行活组织性功能检查者中17例证实为结核。

MR检查显示软组织肿胀I度2例，n度6例，nl度6例。3例显示脓肿样囊腔，在MR DWI上均呈明显高信号。1例显示脂液平面。1例显示软组织肿块。14例MR检查均未见软组织内气体。70例恶性骨肿瘤病人中，54例行CT检查，49例行MR检查。

结果：本组术后腰间盘炎的发生率为1.3%，2例有腰部剧痛、痉挛伴下肢抽搐，余4例呈腰部剧痛伴发热，患者血沉及C反应蛋白均升高，4例行手术治疗，术中取材细菌培养均阴性。2例行保守治疗，6例病人均在术后2个月内症状明显减轻，，3～6个月随腰椎间隙融合而症状缓解。

Methods The CT results of 10 case of intestine entocele which have proved by operation were reviewed. The main reconstruction techniques was MPR. Result The main phenomenon of intestine entocele: Orificium hernialis were found in 8 cases.

Methods:60 cases with low rectal and anus carcinoma who underwent laparoscopic Miles operation were divided into two groups.The experimental group (30 cases) received extraperitoneal sigmoidostomy while the control group (30 cases) received traditional intraperitoneal procedure.Postoperative complications caused by sigmoidostomy and defecation function in these two groups were compared.

将接受腹腔镜Miles术的60例低位直肠癌、肛管癌患者分为两组，实验组30例行腹膜外乙状结肠造口术，对照组30例行传统的腹膜内乙状结肠造口术，比较两组患者的造口并发症和排便功能。

Results CT scans clearly showed lung contusions in 117,lung laceration and haematoma in 19,atelectasis in 24, haemothroax in 67, pneumothorax in 45, hemopneumothorax in 52, mediastinum haematoma in 7, pneumomediastinum in 8,pneumoderma in 25, diaphragmatic hernia in 17, fracture of rib in 103, and flail chest in 34 fractures.

结果诊断肺挫伤117例，肺挫裂伤及肺内血肿19例，肺不张24例，血胸67例，气胸45例，血气胸52例，纵隔血肿7例，纵隔积气8例，皮下气肿25例，膈疝17例，肋骨骨折103例，连枷胸34例。143例（84.1％）经非手术处理，其中43例行胸腔闭式引流术，22例行机械呼吸支持。

Postoperative pathdogic:75 were liver cell carcinoma,7 were carcinoma of bileduct.one case with postoperative hemorrhea,hemostated by reoperation.3 patients with biliary fistula,2 cases were cured by drainage,1 case was cured by ERCP.

术后病理诊断为肝细胞癌75例、胆管细胞癌7例。本组术后近期出血1例，再次手术止血；胆瘘3例，2例行腹腔引流治愈，1例行ERCP置管引流治愈；无手术死亡。

Result: all the 82 cases,15 were treated with right hemihepatectomy,26 with left hemihepatectomy,10 with quadrate lobectomy,7 with right posterior lobectomy,24 with localization lobectomy.postoperative pathdogic:75 were liver cell carcinoma,7 were carcinoma of bileduct.one case with postoperative hemorrhea,hemostated by reoperation.3 patients with biliary fistula,2 cases were cured by drainage,1 case was cured by ercp.no one died in operation.10(12.2%) died in half year,27(32.9%) died in one year.conclusion: control the indication and amount of heratectomy,contral hemorrhea,treat incised wound of liver correctly and prevent postoperative complications ,that can guarantee the effect of hepatectomy.

结果：右半肝切除15例、左半肝切除26例、肝中叶切除10例、肝右后叶切除7例、肝局部切除24例。术后病理诊断为肝细胞癌75例、胆管细胞癌7例。本组术后近期出血1例，再次手术止血；胆瘘3例，2例行腹腔引流治愈，1例行ercp置管引流治愈；无手术死亡。术后半年内死亡10例（12.2%），1年内死亡27例（32.9%），余45例现均存活。结论：掌握肝切除手术指征及肝切除量、严格控制术中肝出血、正确处理肝创面及术后并发症，才能保证手术治疗的效果。

Methods 36 cases of UE with sustaining hemodialysis between March 2008 and June 2009 was retrospectively analyzed,20 of which received hemoperfusion online continuous venovenous hemofiltrationand 16 only underwent continuous venovenous hemofiltration.Heartrates,mean arterypressure,APACHEII score,kalium ion,hydrocarbonic radical,blood urea nitrogenand serum creawere detected before and aftertherapy.

回顾性分析我院2008年3月至2009年6月维持性透析合并尿毒症脑病的患者36例，其中20例行血液灌流串联连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过，16例行单纯连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过，比较两组治疗前后心率、平均动脉压、APACHEⅡ评分、钾离子、碳酸氢根、尿素氮、血肌酐变化以及神经精神症状缓解情况和到达缓解所需时间。
