Methods Thirty-five patients with refractory glaucoma were involved in this prospective and random trial at such high risks as neovascular, uveitis, aphakia, pseudophakic, and young ages. Complex trabeculectomy with single-layer AMT under the scleral flap was performed in 18 eyes and complex trabeculectomy without AMT in 17 eyes.

采用前瞻性随机对照临床试验研究，包括35例（35眼）具有高危因素如新生血管、葡萄膜炎、无晶状体、人工晶状体和发育性的难治性青光眼。18例行复合式小梁切除术联合巩膜瓣下单层AMT，17例行复合式小梁切除术。

Results: This group included 31 TCCF patients with the characteristics: the incidence rate of this disease for male is higher than that for female; the average age is 38.2 year-old, the male average age is lower than that of female. The common clinical symptoms are pulsatile intracranial bruit, pulsating exophthalmos and congested and edema conjunctiva, which usually appeared in 7 days after the trauma. These symptoms even appeared two months after the trauma in exceptional patients. Among the 31 patients, 13 patients didn't get timely diagnosis and treatment when they had presented typical symptoms.

临床症状主要表现为搏动性突眼、颅内杂音和结膜充血水肿，症状出现时间主要在外伤后7天内（25/31），个别患者在伤后近两个月出现症状。31例患者中，13例患者出现首发症状后没有得到及时诊断和治疗。31例患者均行DSA确诊，其中29例患者采用球囊栓塞瘘口，1例行弹簧圈填塞海绵窦，1例行覆膜支架封闭瘘口。

Result: 18 patients are all with simple eye.The pigment mole lies in nasal and temple sides of the ball conjunctiva,in which 2 lie in lacrimal caruncle and semilunar plica.

结果：18例患者均为单眼，色素痣大多数位于内外侧睑裂部球结膜面，2例位于泪阜及半月皱襞，经激光治疗后，10例色素痣消失，有5例行再次激光后消失，2例行第三次激光后消失，1例第四次激光后消失。

特征为反复、迁延、咯血量多少不一。X线提示曲菌球典型征象者占40.7%，不典型者59.3%；而CT不但可自X线典型征像中得到初诊依据，而且能从其不典型征像中获得"月晕征""浮莲征"等有关曲菌球的诊断线索。44例行纤支镜检查者中28例阳性，39例行活组织检查者中16例证实为曲菌球。

The primary tumor was found in the eyelid or conjunctiva in 19 eyes and orbit in 9 eyes.

所有病例均经病理证实，其中19例行活检术，6例行肿瘤切除术。

METHODS From October 2004 to January 2008, 24 patients with complex congenital heart disease underwent RHB. The dignoses of patients included tricuspid atresia, single ventricle, and so on. Among them, 8 cases were found ectopia cordis. Opreation precedure included bidrectional Glenn shunt (19 cases) and total caval pulmonary connection (TCPC,5 cases). In the 24 cases, 16 patient underwent off-pump operation. RESULTS Total hospital mottality was 4.2%.

2004年10月至2008年1月，采用右心旁路手术治疗复杂先天性心脏病共24例（病种包括三尖瓣闭锁、单心室等，其中心脏位置异常8例）。19例行双向格林术，5例行全腔静脉-肺动脉吻合术。24中16例在非体外循环下实施，2例双向格林术术后再次手术。

SLNs of 48 patients with early-staging breast cancer were detected by methylene blue staining SLNB with intraoperative frozen section combined with rapid immunohistochemical staining by EPOS. 28 patients were found negative, and were randomized to receive simplified ALND(n=15, experiment group) or standard ALND(n=13, control group).

30例早期乳腺癌行美蓝染色SLNB术中行SLN冰冻切片联合EPOS法快速免疫组化检查，其中阴性者28例分成两组，15例行简化的ALND(仅清扫胸小肌外侧组淋巴结，简化组)，13例行标准ALND。

Methods 12 patients with CoA were studied,including 9 of adult type and 3 of infantile type.

CoA 12例，单纯型10例，复杂型2例。10例经手术证实，1例行DSA，1例行血管造影和经皮主动脉球囊成形术。

Results Localization diagnosis:2 of 3 cases were detected by CEUS(66.7%); All of 3 cases were detected by pancreatic thin-section dynamic real-time enhanced spiral CT(100%); All of 2 cases were detected by ASVS,but 1 case was located inexactly(50%); All of 4 cases were detected by IOUS with operation exploration(100%).

结果 定位诊断：3例行超声造影，检出2例(66.7%)；3例行胰腺薄层螺旋CT动态实时增强扫描，均获检出(100%)；2例选择性动脉钙刺激静脉采血测定胰岛素，均获检出，但其中1例定位不准确(50%)；4例行术中超声+手术探查，均获检出(100%)。

Results The succeed rate of ESWL by one time was 85%, 12 cases were treated by second time with ESWL ,16 cases were treated by cutting open ureteral orifice with cystoscopy, 3 cases were treated by ureterolithotomy.

结果 一次性碎石成功率为85%（187/220），12例行二次碎石，16例行输尿管口扩张剪开术，3例行输尿管切开取石术。
