Aiming at above problem, this paper put forward the strategy of separation as follows. Firstly, in view of great amount of coloring matter in solution, the quality of product is declined. So we decolor the solution by acticarbon, which makes 80% coloring matter be removed, but the loss of nucleotides is only about 2%. From the starting value selection method in the Fuzzy ISODATA algorithm, used the method of maximal matrix element to ascertain the number of classification, the theoretical analysis of repeated test, and finally, the improved fuzzy ISODATA algorithm is obtained. The algorithm reduced sensitivity to the starting value. The article studied on processing technology of tomato beverage using tomato as material, they did experiment aim to increase juice yield , stability of the beverge and to keep colour. The results indicated juice yield is able to reach 81.5% after preheating, adding pectase , pressure filtering, the processing technology improved the utilization of tomato.
