The female salivary gland proteins were influenced by JH Ⅲ. Treatment on d2 after feeding, 10μg dose increased SG protein level and restrained 136kD protein gene expression. Treatment on d0 after engorgement, 10μg, 50μg and 100μg doses significantly increased the d2 SG protein and 100μg dose made 35kD protein gene expression, 200μg treatment made the 136kD and 192kD proteins absent. This is the first found that JHs regulate arthropoda SG activity.

保幼激素对雌蜱唾液腺蛋白及成分有影响，吸血后2天处理，10 μg剂量使唾液腺蛋白含量明显增加，抑制136kD蛋白的基因表达；饱血当天处理，10μg、50μg和100μg显著提高饱血后2天唾液腺蛋白含量，100μg使35kD蛋白表达，200μg使136kD和192kD的蛋白缺矢；饱血当天处理，1μg和10μg剂量均能显著提高饱血后4天雌蜱唾液腺蛋白含量，高剂量（100μg）抑制136kD蛋白的表达，该结果首次报道了保幼激素对节肢动物唾液腺的调控作用。

The dose-response curve of histamine was shifted parallely to the right. pA2 was 9.34±0.61. In which the effect of these dosage groups were superior to the group of chlorphenamine.

结果：西替利嗪3×10-8～3×10-7mol.L-1可剂量依赖性地对抗组胺引起的肠肌收缩，使组胺的量效曲线平行右移，pA2为9.34 ± s 0.61，西替利嗪0.1，0.2及0.4 mg.kg-1口服给药时，能明显减轻豚鼠静脉注射组胺所致休克反应的严重程度(P＜0.01)，并可延长豚鼠惊厥反应的潜伏期及降低死亡率(P＜0.05)，西替利嗪0.0625～0.25 mg.kg-1口服给药可显著对抗组胺引起的小鼠皮肤血管通透性的增高，使蓝染面积显著缩小(P＜0.01)，且存在明显的量效关系，3个剂量组的作用均优于氯苯那敏组。

Results DOX pre-conditioning and IP significantly decreased serum AST,ALT and LDH,furthermore interaction of DOX preconditioning and IP had statistical significance and associating application of the two methods decrease serum AST,ALT and LDH to a lower level.IP significantly decreased plasma ET and serum TNF-α;DOX and IP significantly increased serum NO;DOX preconditioning improved the expression of HSP70in liver.

After administration of L-N〓-nitro-Arginine, a specific antagonist of NOS, it was found that the basal and stimulated NO release of blood vessels (aorta, internal carotid, renal and mensenteric artery) was decreased further. The infarct and hemorrhagic focuci in cerebral tissues, infarct focuci in cardiac tissues, atrophy and hyalinedegeneration of renal glomeruli and degeneration even necrosis of renal tubuli in renal tissues were al so found. The increase ratio of brain and heart to body weight and decrease ratio of kidney to body wei ght further demonstrated that the cerebral, cardiac and renal injuries were aggravated.
