objective to isolate and purify the antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma gondii activity isolated from the haemlymph of musca domestica larvae.methods the antimicrobial peptides of musca domestica larvae were induced by infection and injury were isolated and purified by trituration,centrifugalization and column chromatography.then the antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma activity were sieved by mtt colorimetric method and haemacytometry.results it was found that two antimicrobial peptides had anti-toxoplasma activity through resource s cationic column chromatography and superdex g75 gel column chromatography.conclusion the two antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma activity existing in the haemlymph of musca domestica larvae had different anti-toxoplasma effect.

作者单位：山西医科大学寄生虫教研室，太原 030001；化学生物学与分子工程教育部重点实验室山西大学生物技术研究所目的从家蝇幼虫血淋巴中分离纯化具有抗弓形虫作用的抗菌肽。方法通过损伤加感染的方法诱导家蝇幼虫大量表达抗菌肽，然后经过研磨、离心和层析等过程，将家蝇幼虫抗菌肽进行分离纯化，采用四甲基偶氮噻唑蓝比色法和血细胞计数法筛选对弓形虫速殖子有抑制作用的抗菌肽。结果经resource s阳离子柱和superdex g75凝胶柱层析后，筛选出2种对弓形虫速殖子有杀伤作用的抗菌肽。结论家蝇幼虫血淋巴中存在抗弓形虫作用的抗菌肽，而且不止一种，但其效果有所不同。

Totally, these results indicated that tailing pile could be the new source for finding new heavy-metal-tolerant microorganisms. Two morphologically distinct types of colonies investigated in this study may include more than 4 undescribed bacterial species.

同时还初步发现几个有进化生态学意义的现象：(1)矿渣极强的重金属选择作用和环境隔离条件可能导致新物种在短期内形成；(2)自然选择可能在物种以上层次发挥作用；(3)不同环境因子对微生物生物量、抗性细菌比例、物种和遗传多样性等生物指征的作用不同；(4)不同的生物特征对环境因子修饰作用的敏感程度也不一样。

In this paper,researching progress of allelopathic autotoxicity in agro-ecosystem was briefly reviewed based on many studies collected,including allelochemicals,factors of allelopathy ,mechanism of allelopathy .

本文对化感作用的本质和影响因素，化感中自毒作用对作物连作的影响进行了阐释与介绍，在此基础上综述了植物化感自毒作用与土壤病虫害发生、土壤微生物之间的关系，并对化感及自毒作用在农业生态系统中的应用和前景进行了展望。

ABSTRACT The Yellow River delta located in the land and sea interaction zone and is being formed with the coaction of the River and Bohai sea. The three parts of the whole delta, i. e. the delta plain, tidal zone and submerged delta, are in different dynamic environments. The delta plain is controlled by the land surface processes. The tidal zone is under the coaction of the river and the sea.

内动力和外动力地质作用是地质灾害形成过程中不可缺少的两种作用，但是，以往的地质灾害研究偏重于外动力作用，对于外动力与内动力耦合作用的形式，由于缺少直观的实例，只能根据经验感觉进行判断和定性的研究。

There are four kind of isoforms of endothelin in human and other mammals named ET-1, ET-2, ET-3 and ET-β, which are slightly different in construction and pharmacological effect. In human beings, ET-1 is the dominative subtypes. ET-1 remains in blood at a low level about 5ng per liter on physical state. It is synthesized, stored, released and metabolized locally. The half-life of ET-1 is about 1 hour. ET-1 is the most potent vasoconstrictive factor till now, and it is more functional in vein than in artery. In vascular bed, there are two kind of ET receptors. Type A mainly located in smooth muscle cells, whereas type B in endothelial cells. The latter can stimulate intimal hyperplasia via a parasecretion way and activate some oncogenes such as c-fos and c-myc and then enhance their expression. These alterations result in constriction of blood vessels, thus the SMC steps into proliferate state from silent state.

人及哺乳动物体内有四种结构及药理学性质略有差异的异物体，分别为ET-1、ET-2、ET-3、ET-β，而在人主要是ET-1，在生理条件下，ET-1在血浆中含量较低，约为5ng〓，故ET-1不是一个循环激素，而是局部合成释放，局部起作用的活性物质，半衰期约1小时，ET-1是目前已知的最强的血管收缩剂，对静脉的作用比动脉强，在血管床，ET受体有A、B两型，A型主要分布在平滑肌细胞，B型主要分布在内皮细胞，它可以通过旁分泌途径刺激内膜增生，具有有丝分裂原效应，可以激活某些癌基因如C-fos、C-myc使其表达增强引起血管收缩，使静止期SMC进入增殖期，还可以通过信号传导途径，与bFGF、GTF-β、PDGF等生长因子协同作用，起共有丝分裂原作用。

For confirmation of this ancient legend and found out the sexual improvement compounds the testosterone and NO in serum of mice were measured,the weight of sexual organs of mices was detected and the sex behaviour of mice was observed.The testosterone and NO concentration in serum of mice as indicator for screening some improving sexual compounds from Chinese chives was builted.1、The preliminary experiment of Chinese chives confirm sexual improvement functionThe sexual improvement function experiments of Chinese chives comparing with herba epimedii,herba cynomorii and radices morindae which were acknowledged as chinese herbals having sexual improvement function were carried out.The result was showed that the Chinese chives was confirmed having sexual improvement function,though its efficacy was less than herba epimedii,herba cynomorii and radices morindae.

为了证实古代医学认为韭菜的壮阳功能，揭示韭菜起温肾壮阳作用的化学物质基础，开发其功能性物质成分，本实验首先应用韭菜酒精初提液对小鼠睾酮、NO含量、性器官、性行为等指标的测定，验证韭菜是否具有改善性功能作用，然后以小鼠睾酮、NO含量等为指标对韭菜中的壮阳物质进行逐步分离和改善性功能作用筛选，以鉴定出几种改善性功能的物质。1、韭菜改善性功能的验证将韭菜与淫羊藿、琐阳、巴戟天三种有温肾补养功能的中草药进行比较，发现韭菜改善性功能作用不如淫羊藿、琐阳、巴戟天壮阳中草药的效果明显，但是韭菜还是具有显著的改善性功能作用的(P＜0.001)。

On the basis of these theoretic methods, there are three different research conclusions to the problem mentioned above. The first one is the stimulative view, the second is the suppressive view and the third one is the unconspicuous view or the view that both effects existed.
