Based on the petrological and geochronological study of metamorphic complexes from the Grove Mountains, the following conclusions are reached.(1)Exsolution texture is widely found in clinopyroxene in mafic granulites. A peak metamorphic temperature of 850 C was obtained from the reintegrated compositions of exsolved clinopyroxene. The preservation of augite megacrysts suggests a single episode of high-grade metamorphism for the Grove Mountains.(2)The compositional comparison of garnet from pegmatites with that from country rocks demonstrates that garnet in pegmatites is of xenocryst origin, and late amphibolite facies metamorphism does not occur in this area.(3)The Pan-African charnockite and post-tectonic sheet-like granite were first recognized in East Antarctica. Their occurrences suggest a collisional orogeny during the Pan-African time.(4)The SHRIMP U-Pb zircon dating on various rock types indicates that the major metamorphism in the Grove Mountains occurs at c. 550 Ma, and the tectonothermal evolution terminated at c. 500 Ma. The Grenvillian granulite facies metamorphism did not develop in the studied area.(5)The Prydz belt, the second Pan-African suture within the Gondwana suppercontinent, was further comfirmed based on this study. The Gondwana suppercontinent was not formed by the simply juxtaposition of East and West Gondwana, but by the collision of several blocks during the Pan-African time.

Results showed that L-THP possessed negative inotropic and negative chronotropic action, lowed left ventricular pressure and it's infinitesimal calculus, decreased heart output in per min., shorten 〓 and 〓 of action potential of ventricular papillary muscle of guinea pig and even the plate-phase of action potential disappeared in larger dose group , but prolonged 〓. we studied transmembrane transportation of 〓 after administering L-THP , L-THP not only depressed uptake and increased release of Ca 2+ in normal myocardium, but also it showed stronger inhibition in cell injured by ISO, and fully eliminated the effect of ISO increasing uptake and decreasing release of 〓. By detecting the 〓 content of ventricular single myocyte using fluorescent probe Fluo-3/AM, results correspond to that done above, L-THP decreased 〓 content inside of cell significantly. Using whole-cell mode, we observed the effect of L-THP on Ica in ventricular single cell, it was found that L-THP decreased Ica, the effect increased with increasing it's dose, and had voltage, frequency-dependency. Dose highly corelated to effect, corelative constant is 0.87. When washing cell with normal tyre's solution, Ica could recover, which proved the blocked action of L-THP on calcium channel once again. Meanwhile, L-THP reduced production of MDA in heart injured by ISO in dose-dependent manner, improved content of GSH-Px, in case tissue or cell free from free radical damage.

Neither NES alone nor NES with follicle suspension can induce oocyte maturation. While DTT can prominently increase the percentages of germinal vesicle break down. When the concentration of DTT is between10-1 mol/L and 10-3 mol/L, the effect of maturation induction is more sufficient. When the concentration is about 10-2 mol/L, the percentage of GVBD can reach up to more than 90%.
