Based on the physical meaning of each term in the linear parameter log I (a constant correlating the affinity of solut e t o stationary phase) of stoichiometric displacement model for retention o f solute, the thermodynamic characteristics of log I of solute in revers ed-phase liquid chromatography were investigated theoretically. This poi nt was tested by experimental data with two linear relationships:(1) plot of log I vs 1/T with apolar, polar small solut es and proteins;(2) plot of log I vs log Po/w (partition co effi cient of solute between n-octanol and water) with apolar and polar smal l solutes.

According to Clausius-Claperon equation,from the slope in InKd vs 1/T plot,adsorption heat could be estimated. From the data of adsorption heat it is concluded that the adsorption of neptunium on silica gel in nitric acid solutions belongs to chemical adsorption and the adsorption process is an endothermic reaction.

According to the method, a dot-matrix source was set at the image plane. Each dot emitted rays to fully cover the system aperture. A detector surface, large enough to receive all possible rays from the source, was set at object plane.

Since the synchronous error is caused by the windage angle produced in the working process of the optoelectronic platform, the method to correct the angular deviation at any distance is proposed. The experiment for solving the problem was implemented. The experiment indicates that the method is valid.
